Horrible customer service I contact them earlier at approximately 12:20 am about my door dash delivery before I can finish my sentence the 3rd shift manager (sounded like she was African cause she had an accent I think her name starts with a B ) told me that it didn’t have nothing to do with them and hung up in my face I called back they ignored and continue to pick up the phone and hang up in my face multiple times I have a screen recording to show proof and all I wanted to tell them is that my package wasn’t sealed correctly I ordered a milkshake and churros the milkshake just had a regular top on it with the hole in the middle still open & the bag the churros came in was not sealed like come on now you really think this is safe to eat

unorganized service and poor etiquette when asked to order on multiple payments. within the span of thirty minutes two unhappy customers from the drive thru came in complaining.

One word: Horrible! I would never go back to this place again even if there is nothing else around for food.1. They got my order incorrectly2. Tried to tell me a salad has always come with cheeze while we had a sald made WITHOUT cheese before3. Took the salad back, took out the cheese and handed back to us. We still saw cheese particles sticking on the clear cap. We could not accept that because my wife is alergic to cheese. Rolled her eyes and said they cannot do return & refund.4. Gave me and my wife an attitude when we asked to speak to the manager5. No manager on duty, just a bunch of teenage employees were running amok with zero customer service skill whatsoever.6. Manager got the phone and told us he is 45 minutes away and cannot be there to handle a refund. We specifically asked whether he would be there in 45 minutes.7. We came back an hour later, the manager was nowhere to be seen.8. Another employee at this time told us the manager will not scheduled to be in until tomorrow, and we have to go back if we want our refund. So, the entire day of operation with no manager nor any supervision at all. They can take your money but don't expect any refund or return. I felt that I am back in 1980s again.9. In general, this is a second incident at two different Jack in the Box's in couple months. Similar experiences, both employees and managers on/off duties have NO customer services at all. Jack in the Box has gone down hill! I used to think Jack's food was great, but without the customer services, their business really a D- in performances.

Waited for 20 min in line just to get to the order screen which I waited for another 10 min for them to say anything and they started with our fryers are down you can’t order anything so I was stuck in like for another 10min trapped. They could have said that before everyone gets trapped in line or at least said something as soon as I got to the order screen

There is a very nice lady that helps my son and I just about every afternoon! He loves the curly fries and his fruit punch with no ice! I get breakfast biscuit every time! They are great! Everything comes out fresh!

Went around 2am on a weekday. They had a rush hit them so had everyone park in the lot to wait on food. About 8 of us were waiting in total. Took 30+ minutes to receive our food. They claimed to be backed up but we counted around 5 employees in the store. Apparently only 1 could cook while the rest goofed around. Complete laziness and lack of professionalism.

Was told to drive to the front to recieve my card back from payment since the machine in drive-thru was not properly working. Got my card n my food the chicken sandwich was old and hard like they got it from a last week order n reheated it was soo nasty n tasted soo old and hard. Packs of hotsauces stuck together. Real Nasty

From the counter You can see how dirty the kitchen is... Poor service, people just walking out because nobody can take orders.

I asked the lady how long have the biscuits been sitting and she said they are frozen so they heat them up when we order. My breakfast had the hardest biscuit ever and very dry sausage meat. The only thing good was the coffee.
