Came here earlier today around 2pm to order the ultimate breakfast sandwich and the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. When I got home they did not give me the 10 piece nugget but gave me 3 eggs rolls... I do not understand how someone can confuse those two. Tried to call them to let them know and nobody answered and it just said the mailbox was full.. lousy service..
Burger Patty's are not cooked fresh, warmed up from frozen probably, and then served at room temperature.

Walked in and stood at there counter for about 5 mins...no one acknowledged me. There was only one car in the drive thru and no one inside. Need to do better ladies on this evening shift
I came to order food at 9:40 pm 12/24/2021, I said hello, the employee said we're closed have a good holiday with bad attitude. I asked him twice why does it say you close at 10:00pm and still 20 minutes to order ? He ignored me still. Very rude, and I will never come back to this location ever.
Yea its time for this location to be shut down. I thought jack in the box was open 24 hours? I guess this location is on their own schedule. I understand being closed on the holidays but on regular days?? Yea this location is bad. Time for yall to go. Like Wendy's did.
This is by far the most unprofessional Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I’m pretty sure the employees here must be getting high while on the job. I ordered two things egg rolls and tacos. When the drive through guy tells me the total over the speaker he says $75.18. I figured once I get to the window he will give the correct total as he must have misspoken. Boy was I wrong. He actually said another incorrect amount. When I question him why it’s so much he starts laughing and said just kidding. I’m not sure where in his training assuming he got some sort of training he was told it was okay to joke with customers about pricing. The second time we went they gave us a breakfast jack with completely different bread and cheese. Luckily I checked before leaving. When I asked them why they gave us different bread and cheese the reaps one was we ran out of what comes with the meal. That would have been nice to know prior to paying. This place is a hot mess and has been for years. Best time to go is in the mornings when they have the adults that actually care about their jobs working. Otherwise you’ll be dealing with high teenagers or college kids that could care less about their job or what they are doing. If they are acting like that towards customers can you imagine the level of disregard and lack of cleanliness that must be behind closed doors in that kitchen?!
What a joke. I drive a large truck that won't make it through the drive through. Sign on the door says the dining room is open until 10pm. It was barely after 9pm. The guy came all the way to the door to point to a sign that due to Covid issue they don't have staff and might adjust their hours. I said though the door "my truck can't make it through the drive thru". Just shrugged and shook his head at me. There are at least 3 people that I can see and (while I'm sitting in front writing this) the guy isn't doing any work. Just came out to have a quick vape, funny because when I first arrived the same guy was coming in from his car which is why I thought the dining room was open. 3rd time he just came to the door I guess to see if I'm still sitting out front in my box truck.Owner/manager - Hire new night staff!!
Clean, nice and good customer service. Usually
They left me in the drive through for 15 minutes no service and I had to yell hello at the box for someone to take my order at that point I didn’t want to give them my money.
