Ok can I just say in a world where manners have gone out the door. I have found someone who does not make me shiver with the thought of having to go order food. And deal with people who do not care or know what they are doing. I found Larry who works at Jack in the Box on Crabb River Road in Richmond, Texas. He greets you with a warm smile, he is always respectful and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you have ordered and much much more. He has patients and cares about the quality of his work. I a sure there are some of you out there who are saying or its just Jack in the box who cares. Well he cares and i care NOW and i not shiver in the thought of having to go order fast food and deal with a bunch of employees who do not care. Larry cares and deserves a big raise because he makes the customers happy and takes pride in his work. You go Larry :) Beverly

This has got to be the worst jack in the box in a 100 mile radius! Every time I come here there are never any customers and you wait in line for ever. Who am I waiting on? The food is never right. And it looks like the grease hasn't been changed in months! I don't ever post or rate anything but come on jack in the box. Get it together. This place used to be the best! And to top all that off I get home 25 miles from jack in the box! And I have no fries what so ever in my bags! I'm done with this place

Bacon loaded tiny tacos? Ridiculous experience. I never review fast food places but this was too weird and seemed deliberate.Pulled up to drive through ordered food said loaded tiny tacos, worker repeats and says loaded tiny tacos? we said yes the loaded tiny tacos, the screen proceeds to say loaded tiny tacos, receipt says loaded tiny tacos. Tell me why I get home and it’s nothing but tiny tacos with cheese and bacon everywhere. No sauce or lettuce or cheese combo just the bacon cheese version. You’d think in all those instances of clarification and the original is the loaded tiny tacos no where did she or any worker ask bacon? Like we would’ve heard that and said no or the screen would’ve said it. Not on the screen, or receipt, or said from worker, so why is there bacon everywhere? Idc if it’s a new item or would have been said and printed on the screen or receipt. Meal ruined. Fast food is already bad enough and now this. Great.All in all waste of food and money and of course time.FYI- THERE WERE NO CARS IN LINE JUST OUR CAR RIGHT AROUND MIDNIGHT WITH 3-4 workers present (2 outside talking and 2 inside).

This place has completely tanked and gone down hill more and more...food takes forever to get, even when you are THE ONLY customer in line. Today we ordered two simple jumbo jack combos with curly fries and 2 tacos and then we waited...and waited...and waited... and then told to go park to wait more. After 15 minutes of being parked our order finally came out, and our curly fries only had about 25% curly fries, and the rest were normal straight cut...and the tacos weren't even filled 1/3 of the way with meat and no other standard toppings were even put on it. I'm normally one to never complain, but this is just beyond ridiculous at this point and we definitely won't ever bother with this location again. I'd much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to one that actually gives me what I PAY for and expect.

Amazing Customer Service! Left another feedback review on the jack webpage. Kristy was amazing and was doing the best she could do. Y’all wrong for having only 1 cook and 1 cashier at 1am on the weekend. But they did the best they can which was a amazing job! Little longer wait for a drive thru but they need more workers so if y’all wanna complain then apply and work there.

I visited two weeks ago at 7 pm and only two employees working. Was told cashier and other employees left. The two struggled through, gave me a good hamburger, time allowed. Night before last, at drive through window 7:15, was rudely told not taking orders. Could NOT back out or leave. I knew something was wrong, truck in front of me sat there about 10 min and I didn't hear him order. Truck moved up to window, I'm behind. TWELVE MINUTES - NO order given to truck, no employee at window. I had to walk up to truck and ask him to let me out. Never again

It took them 3 minutes to reply to the speaker, when I go to the window the employee was extremely high on some sort of stimulant. Check the cameras for 1030 PM Tuesday, February 8. Watch what he’s doing he was flipping out. He grabbed the money I handed him for the order and put it in his pocket and voided the order telling me the computer was down. The behavior of the employee disturbed me greatly and I am happy there were not children present. I made a comment about 20 minutes earlier and I believe it was deleted do not delete my comment again I was extremely uncomfortable. Got a refund but I’m looking for actual help from Jack-in-the-Box since I’ve got nothing but terrible terrible service here.

This used to be my favorite place. Not no more can't get a side salad and for the past only or twice I've gotten fries that wasn't stale or cold. The tacos have turned to basically a stale chip most of the time. I've been going here for years. Not anymore. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst jack to go to! Ordered some tacos & curly fries and they were all staled & cold! To make it even better one of the tacos had a piece of hair inside so gross! Do not come here! Then tried to return them so they can give me my money back and the rude lady there said i had to come back the next day that she couldnt refund me! This is ridiculous!
