I should have read the reviews before going here. I’ve had previous experience with long wait time to sit, get my food and my check here as well. Food is only passable. Wait staff is not interested in their customers and just huddle and gossip near the kitchen. Last time I ordered the 55+ French toast plate. Around $5.50. After waiting 10 min for my check, I waived at the gossip group and my “waitress” came over. Asked for my check and went ahead and handed her a twenty so I didn’t have to wait even longer for her to return. She blew me away when she asked, “do you need your change?” I said, ”of course I do.” Man! Expects a $14 dollar tip on a $6 meal. Never got my receipt, but after another 6 minutes, I did get my change. Place smells bad. Poor service and food. From the reviews here, it looks like it’s been going on like this for awhile. Won’t be back till I see a sign that tells me it’s under new management. IHOP used to be a great place to eat. Not this one. With all the negative reviews here, and 2.7 out of 5 star average, one would think the owner or manager would respond to some of them. I’ve been looking at a lot of the reviews and haven’t seen any management responses. Goes to show they don’t care at all in my opinion.
Service was good. Food is decent. I had the Big Brunch Burger which rarely disappoints. However my fries where not even close to being done. The staff here seems to rotate frequently but where doesn't anymore. In this case I don't think the staff rotation is a major issue. There is room for improvement but I would still say it is worth a visit.
Went to this location with my family on Sunday, the wait time just to be seated for a table was excessive considering there were a lot of emptyand some still dirty tables. When we were seated it took a good while to get our meal which was so so. Husband and son got their meal before my meal came out separately about ten minutes or so after they got theirs and it was not a special order either. We had to ask for silverware and I noticed that since they were not packed that the floors were dirty with liter and crayons and the table we sat at was obviously not wiped down before they showed us to this table, it was sticky and the tables around had not been cleared from the previous guest(s). This place is falling apart there was a sign on the door to use another door confusing patrons. This was not our first bad experience here and we will not be returning to this specific location.
Revisited this location this morning, and glad to have visited today! Our server was fantastic and one of the most attentive of any restaurant I have dined at! Tammy Jo treated our group like family, and provided incredible service! The food was delicious, and my cup of coffee never came close to empty. It's too bad that I only have the chance for breakfast out on the weekends, as Tammy Jo is usually scheduled during the week, and it was just chance that she worked this Saturday. As a frequent diner, I truly appreciate a great server, and I'm not forgetting the cooks either. They did a great job with our meal, with everything cooked to my exact tastes! I recommend a visit to this location!!!
The wait was longer than expected. Had to go ask someone why there wait was so longer because when there was seating everywhere. Once I told the manager they need to fix this we were seated. The waitress we had was really good. The food was great after the horrible wait. Probably will not come back.
Ok,The staff just seems over worked and inattentive. Service is ok. Thalia the H is silent was a wonderful waitress, young beautiful. The restaurant cleanliness was a huge fail.1. Table tops not wiped down well.2. The floors not mopped underneath the tables... my tennis were sticking to the floor there was so much build up.3. The icing on the cake, a small critter climbed out to dine with us * see photoThe allure of 5.99 all u can eat pancakes was great. We had a party of six. I'm a patient person. The staff was attentive to our needs with mild coaching. You can do better, just remember that the mind set should be the entire restaurant is your table. Take the customer service tactics from 5star restaurants.. Houston's and Trulucks service is something to model after.Kind regards-
Just got home and opened our meals and this is what the roasted turkey breast with gravy meal looks.. this is pitiful and honestly I wouldn’t feed this to my dog! You guys have to do better. Why would you give this to someone! I am so disappointed every time I have tried this location.. I can not believe you guys would give this to someone.. 8pm online order..oh and no gravy in sight! Thanks…
Right off the bat, there weren't that many people in the restaurant, but we still had to wait to be seated. They didn't have the one thing I wanted, but if it's not on the menu, that's understandable. Our server was a bit rude and brought an incorrect drink first. When we were finally ready to order, it took almost 20 minutes to bring it out, and none of the food was good when it was brought out. She brought me the wrong type of eggs with my food because she didn't write anything down. And the food was pretty terrible, somehow everything was soggy and/or undercooked except the pancakes that had a hard layer on top. They ended up comping our food because we were dissatisfied. My partner and I were just looking forward to sitting down and having a good meal, but we will not be coming back here for that.
There were probably 6 tables seated in the whole restaurant. None with food. Yet we were there over ten minutes without even anyone acknowledging us. When someone did they frantically said they were extremely busy and there would be a long wait. It is the lack of acknowledgment for me and the terrible attitudes. We left.
We went here to eat out as a family. First we waited like 10 minutes for drinks and then we waited over 30-45 minutes on our food. It never came and we and to leave. We kept asking them and they kept saying "it was on the way". We left and will never be back. Staff has very bad costumer service and they kept arguing with one another instead of getting us our food.
