Food was ok...would have been better if the food was made to order. I had the burger and it taste like the urger had been pre-made and was sitting for awhile. Most disappointing part was the trash cans overflowing in kitchen and dining area & tables remained dirty as the staff just stood around and talked without any desire to clean the place. 2 locations we have dine at and the same atmosphere. In the day of COVID this lack of cleanliness should not be acceptable. Some corrective action would be appreciated!!!
I go to Freddy's every now and then and have usually been pleased, but this last visit was really disappointing. My wife and I came around 10PM for a late night drive thru treat. The line was long, but the wait wasn't the issue. After ordering it took another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line to pay/pick up our order. We literally started trying to eat it as we drove off and it was completely melted - almost ice cream soup. Having a line is one thing, but to make an order and then let it sit on the counter and melt before it reaching the customer is pretty ridiculous. You would think that the employees would know how to better handle order timing.
A friend of mine told me last week about Freddy's. I thought I would try it since it is kind of close to my house. I found it amazing! I'll be going there quite often now.
Always a great experience when we visit. We are here a couple of times out of the month! The custard is a must-have for a late-night treat! Food is made to order so you should always have fresh and hot food. The place has always been very clean with plenty of sitting options ready for the next hungry customer. Music selection playing is always a good mix as well.
Food wasn't made fresh. We waited in line for about 10 to 15 minutes for food that was apparently kept warm. Pattymelt probably would have been good if it was placed inside of a container that was more suited for its rectangular size. It is cut and placed into a squared box, placing each side on top the other. Making it soggy from the start. Fries were warm, not hot as expected for the time waited. We also ordered a fish combo, and some cheese curds. Cheese curd were cold and very salty. They probably would have been very tasty if they were hot. This was our first trip here. For all the money that we spent here, we received a free custard coupon and a free Freddie burger coupon when we complained about our experience. Definitely not worth the trip.
Worst place I could have taken my family for a Freddy's fix. Men's room was a travesty and smelled worse than a truck stop urinal. I let the young man behind the counter know and he seemed uninterested to say the least. Maybe he couldn't hear me with his bluetooth earpiece on and blinking. We were looking forward to trying the fish again but it tasted as if it may be time to change your oil, fries and cheese curds were on the same page. Over crunchy burger patties and a runny mint concrete round out the experience. $60 wasted!
The food is usually good. Customer service has declined over the years though. Even if they don't care they could atleast act like it.. Attention to detail has also declined, like missing items from orders on more than one occasion. Make sure you double check your bag before leaving the drive-thru window.
2nd time coming here. I liked it until I ordered my daughter a dirt and worm. After eating the worms she digs into the icecream and pulls out a long hair. I go and let them know. Show them the hair but No apologies, they just take it and have the same girl remake it. I believe she was the only one with her hair down. It really grossed me out.They brought us a icecream back with just the dirt which is totally okay because my daughter ate the worms on the previous one but still no apologies. Customer service like that for me is what I look at. Really bothered me.Also forgot to add the milk shakes I got 1 strawberry for my mom and a chocolate one for me. Tasted more like regular icecream then a shake. No whip cream or cherry. I was assuming thats what was supposed to go on it.Was A little disappointed in that also. After my second experience I don't think I'll be going back.
I hate that there's not one closer to me. But whenever I have the urge I make the 30-minute drive. And if I'm ever passing by even if I'm not hungry I stop and get something! I don't know why but I just love this place I love their flavor
The food was very good. The service got the low stares. The person that took my order inside was not very engaging. She never smiled and lacked energy. The person that gave me my food said my number and walked away. When I asked for fry seasoning he grabbed some and put it in the bag and walked away. Neither said thank you for coming. I felt like I interrupted their day.
