Do not order from this location, I ordered from the app and tried to cancel but don't have a function to cancel, the I called in to cancel but the staff there told me he can't do it and will tell managers to cancel it. I guessed he didn't tell the manager and I got charged for it. So I went to another El pollo loco because of the good reviews, but never again. The chicken there is dry. Not worth the money. Plus it's expensive.

Was doing DoorDash and once they worked handed me the order I was in the middle of asking if everything was in there because on the door dash app it said this location tends to forget things the worker closed the window on me! Super rude and unprofessional. Even when I order here on my personal days the staff is very rude and needs to learn to communicate better with customers. Also make sure they put the right condiments and utensils because I’ve encountered that’s several times.

Tried to order drive thru but had a 20+ minute wait to get to order. Then had a 20+ minute wait to leave the drive thru since each car at the window had a 5+ minute wait. There could not have been more than 2 employees working and I would believe if there was only one. Management needs to do better and recognize if they can't get enough employees for a shift they are better off closing. For the employees there, if this is a normal occurrence they should move to a different company where they won't be overworked. I know for sure at least one other fast food place is hiring in that same area.

The place was ok they didn't allow anyone in the lobby who wasn't doing pick up. Their burrito was good and the staff was decent in the service they provided. Keep up the good work.

I've only been here twice however each time was take out but I must say the food was good

It is Saturday the 12th. It says they open at 1030 am. I went to walk in and they are closed at 1045 am. Not very good service but hey. Had to hit up taco bell. Its hard to diet when you preferred healthy restaurants closed. ?

Check your order! We bought a 10 piece meal, got home and didn't have any tortilla shells...how disappointing. How do you forget to put tortillas in the bag of a 10 piece meal? If we would have went back to get the shells, our chicken would have been cold. Please do a better job making sure the customers order is correct.

Worst customer service experience! They actually laughed at me . Giggling little girls in the back round when they said it was gonna be 25 minute wait for chicken. We have already waited 25 minutes just to order and now you tell us this ? And be completely unprofessional! ! I will be calling corporate!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered 6 small guacamole and it literally took them 25 mins to prepare. There were no customers in line at the restaurant or drive thru! When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told because my order was “too much”. When I walked in and waited to get my order, it was sitting on the counter and I was handed a bag. RUDE and beyond belief slow service!

It is 7pm and they just told me it would be a 25 minute wait for chicken...in the drive thru!!!! I am locked in with cars in front and behind me and when I said that to the passenger in my car the girl on the intercom laughed! So I told her they need to get to cooking since I am stuck in this line! WTH!!!!
