The food at Double Trouble is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared. I love the service at the place and everyone is so friendly with the guest..! Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great. The food can’t get any better and the prices are fair for the portion size. A great spot to get great food and good service..! I drove an hour to get to this spot and it was well worth it and i will be going back..! Well done ladies
I wish I would have taken pictures of my food prior to making this post, but once I unwrapped my Philly cheesecake OMG I couldn't contain myself! From that first mouth watering bite I couldn't control myself! My intentions was to only eat half and save the remaining for later, but I couldn't stop. The bread was so soft and the meat was perfect! It was seasoned perfectly and so tender! The onions were diced and cooked perfectly I mean I could literally go on and on about everything that was right about this location! Customer service was outstanding and the environment of the location and staff was so fun! If you are looking for a perfectly made Philly that is literally made with love I would suggest you go to Double Trouble you will not be disappointed ? these young ladies will most definitely be getting my business again! Ohhhhhh and please make sure you try the water ice! I can't even begin to describe this marvel! When I say a nice sweet treat it is something that is indescribable and with this Houston heat it's a welcoming touch while waiting on your food! Which might I add was delivered in a timely fashion! Do yourself a favor and go check these ladies out you won't be disappointed!
Impeccable Philly cheesesteak complimented by amiable service from all members. I selected fries over chips and also retrieved a cool ice water cup, which is uniquely nothing like a sherbet, snow cone, or slushie but is the cousin of all. Kind of synonymous to a fruity mash potato that did not melt on me in my hour drive back home on this light rainy day.Texturized by science, imbued by passion. Will be back again for sure !
Yes, yes and more yes! Originally from 20 minutes south of Philly, and we had the luxury of having many sandwich shops in the area where you could get a solid cheesesteak or a hoagie. Unfortunately, it's been tough to find something that resembled something from back home in this area.It was a blessing to stumble across Double Trouble Cheesesteaks.... We ordered a Cheesteak with Fried Onions and American Cheese and and Italian Hoagie. When we had our first bites into the Cheesteak, it was like a flashback to back home. This is easily the closest sandwich that you can get to a Philly Cheesteak in the area.As any Philadelphian knows, the roll is what makes the sandwich. DTPC gets shipments of Amoroso rolls that they use for their Cheesteaks and Hoagies. Honestly, this is the way to go, they taste delicious! A solid amount of cheese on the Cheesesteak and the lunch meat on the hoagie tasted very fresh. Man, this was a treat.I only got to snag a picture of the Cheesteak. After demolishing that, we were so excited to try the hoagie, that we forgot to snap a pic for the rest to see. As a personal preference, I wish the fried onions were mixed up a bit more within the sandwich. However, this wasn't an issue and nothing like little mixing up with a French Fry couldn't handle :)The owners were so unbelievably nice, and were great to chat with. These women are fantastic! Great place to come grab some great food! Their Philly Cheesesteaks are on point, their fries are nice and crispy with plenty of flavor. I highly recommend them, will definitely be coming here again!
They have one of the best Philly's we've had in Houston! Also, you can't get better customer service anywhere! Both of the owners have such beautiful spirit.

Holy moly!!!!!! These Philly cheesesteaks are so good. And they are authentic as well. The two amazing ladies that run the food truck are from Philly and are so kind! They are at Rosehill till July and they are delicious add to the food truck lineup here. You have to come check it out.
This place is incredible! The flavor and texture of the meat and veggies were perfect. I enjoyed a Philly Cheese steak and it was next level. Perfect flavor/season/ingredient combo. Salty enough, but not too much. Maybe even better than the food ((if possible) were the people behind the counter. Great experience and I will be going back.
I called make sure that the address was correct on Google. I am so glad that I did because they are in Cypress not Richmond! I live in Richmond but it was definitely worth the drive! This cheesesteak, hands down was the best one that I have ever had and the Philadelphia ice is soooooooo good! I will most definitely make that drive again!! The owners are amazing! Thank you ladies and gentleman for making my experience a memorable one!!
