I was fasting all day and i didn’t eat. Finally when it was almost time to eat, i decided to order a bread bowl pasta. It’s my fault really, upon entering the store there was a man complaining about his order and how it was wrong. I should have known from then to double check my order. I picked up my items and returned home. Only to realize they messed up my order as well. To rectify my issue and remake my food- they said it would be another HOUR AND A HALF. Don’t order from here.
I can't even begin with this place, such amazing stuff, work ethics, and it is a 5/5 overall, I've never been to a better Domino's, I wish I worked here, very fast service, good food, fresh food, literally the best. I would tip them all the time if I could they deserve nothing but the best, I hope it would still remain this good in the next few years,
Always we enjoyed Dominos, we just order vegetarian pizzas and these are the best. Our most favorite is thin Crust, no comparison with any other option!
Ordered delivery and got one wrong pizza. I called the store to let them know and it sounded like they weren’t really interested in making and delivering again but they did. So I’ll give them that. We still enjoy dominos, this was the only incident.
Quality control at this fairly new dominos seems to be lacking. I ordered a pepperoni pan & sausage which I picked up/ carried out. Made it home to behold instead of a sausage pizza I was given a cheese. Inconvenienced I go to get what I paid for a simple 1 topping sausage pizza & to my chagrin I get blessed with greasy monstrosity frisbee of pie which wasn't even sliced (seen in photo smiling in oil).......better off patronizing a different pizza shop given dopes playing with dough at this 1. Also don't be trusting like me & check your order at the counter( save fuel & a drive). Go for a refund because if they can mess up a simple order one time of course they'll fumble it 2nd go round. Last but not least for the pizza that was right taste wise tasted like something out a dirty pan( go figure)?♂️
If I could give this business less than 1 star, I would. This is the worst interaction I have ever had with a Domino's Pizza. The staff is unprofessional, inefficient, and lacks all concept of customer service. I placed an order, and after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, I called again to check on delivery. I was told my order was cancelled. No one bothered to call me to inform me of this. When I spoke to the manager, it was clear she was out of her depth. She nor anyone else apologized for their mistake. She was completely unskilled in handling a difficult situation and spoke unprofessionally to me as the customer when the error was theirs alone. At first, she told me after I asked how she would make this right, "well, you got your money back so..." After further minutes on hold she said she was going to offer to have me come pick it up for free. I guess my delivering my own pizza was the best solution they could come up with. Appalling. I will never order from this location again and will be sure to share with all my friends and neighbors that they should take their business elsewhere.
This place is consistently horrible. We only order cheese pizza for the kids and it’s right 50 percent of the time. Today is the last time we visit this location even though it’s constantly offering us free pizza.
Honestly one of the worst Dominos I’ve ever been too. The staff has no idea what they are doing. They’ve messed up our orders multiple times and when you call them you can never get a manager on the phone and the staff is just lost and terrible at customer service. So close to the house, but can’t use these guys anymore. They are just consistently awful.
Bad dominos ever .Too bad experience, order is not ready till 20 minutes and after it ready not proper as per order. Waiting 30 minutes but staff making fun with us.
Super greasy. I normally ordered light cheese/sauce. Whoever made this pizza overkilled it.Note: Don’t add garlic oil on the crush.
