It has a 2 minute countdown for curbside. But they will pause the stopwatch before they come out. It should be stopped when you hand it to the customer with the correct order. Or don't do this program on your app. In my case, it paused at 37seconds and handed it to me in the wrong order. It takes another minute.

Very disappointed in person who took my order Chrissy , christy very unprofessional, Rude !!! I am deleting my app and will not be ordering from you ever again and I will pass on to my 4 daughters and others! My granddaughter wouldn’t even eat the easy cheese pizza I ordered tonight!! How do you screw up a cheese pizza?? I asked for chicken nuggets along with my simple cheese pizza and I was told there were no chicken wings!! I didn’t order wings I asked for nuggets! Christy was rude and when I called about where my order was she couldn’t even find it even though I was getting notifications on my ipad about my pizza!! Good bye you lost a valuable customer!! I informed my delivery person Hannah who was sweet and nice that it wasn’t because of her that I am never going to be ordering from them anymore!! Helllloooo Pizza Hut

Delivery driver hit my car while Waiting for food two men blew their nose never wash their hands and went back to preparing the food totally disgusting and they saw me watching they did not care call
