It's not the store itself, it's the app that sucks. Three weeks ago it allowed me to place an order at work for a location that's closed, Indefinitely. Today, my nearest location is no longer accepting online orders thus I chose next closest, but after I placed order, it sent my order to one 6 miles further away, not happy with the app. I owe the store manager where I picked up my pizza an apology, he got my aggravation firsthand and wasn't his fault.
Pizzas are always hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings. Friendly employees/delivery crew.
The pizza at the Domino’s location is always done right. Delicious and fast! I haven’t had any issues with the staff either. Always delicious pizza + extras and good service.
We ordered from here thrice. In each instance the preparation and delivery took much longer than reasonable. In one case we ordered at 7:00 PM, to be told that the delivery will happen at 10:30 PM, unless we picked it up ourselves. This was still OK, considering that we were ordering during the holiday season.Then, in the latest case, we ordered at 6:37 PM, and after waiting for an eternity with no updates, finally called them, to find out that the delivery wouldn’t be before 9:00 PM, and even if we offered to pick it up, it would be at least 8:30.We will switch locations the next time onwards and do a carry-out.
Very disappointed in person who took my order Chrissy , christy very unprofessional, Rude !!! I am deleting my app and will not be ordering from you ever again and I will pass on to my 4 daughters and others! My granddaughter wouldn’t even eat the easy cheese pizza I ordered tonight!! How do you screw up a cheese pizza?? I asked for chicken nuggets along with my simple cheese pizza and I was told there were no chicken wings!! I didn’t order wings I asked for nuggets! Christy was rude and when I called about where my order was she couldn’t even find it even though I was getting notifications on my ipad about my pizza!! Good bye you lost a valuable customer!! I informed my delivery person Hannah who was sweet and nice that it wasn’t because of her that I am never going to be ordering from them anymore!! Helllloooo Pizza Hut ?
Customer service was a joke. Very rude. First two times I called I was on hold for 10 min and then got hung up on. Finally as free placing my order and going to pick it up, I explained that I placed an order over the phone under my phone number and that I also paid over the phone with my card. They could not seem to find my order at all and told me they could not remake my pizza because they “never received my order”???? I showed them the charge on my account and they still did not want to help me. THEN as I was walking out, I heard an employee tell another employee that this was my fault. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never order pizza from here again.
This establishment has been in the Pecan Grove Community for many years. It's nice to see a business giving back to the community in which it is located. I say that because it has given many kids in the community their first job

MY husband and I order from here all the time,but this time I ordered a spinach pan pizza was not upset at all it happens all the time went by to see James manager in personTall guy nice demeanor and he was able to recover my pizza ? no issuesMade two more happy customers wouldrecommend you tell the driver to check his cargo so this does not happen you would not want a bad review for not paying attention. Also his or her tip won't decline work smarter not harder.!!! Again shout to James
