This location does not honor rewards or points through the online app. I showed them my app coupon and the worker looked at it like he never saw the app before and said they do not do that. I will be contacting corporate to find out what is going on at this location. Also gave us 2 blizzards and did not flip upside down like they are supposed to per DQ rules. If they don't flip it over your blizzard is supposed to be free.
Staff is nice enough, slow at times but nice.The restrooms are another story all together. They are now full of graffiti, and gang signs and last visit the boys room smelled as if somebody peed all over the walls. I would highly suggest removing this restaurant from the gas station its connected to.
The quality of the ice cream is good, but the business model is questionable.I had been getting small ice-cream cones with my kids after school and had been paying the regular price. I was informed by my family that DQ has ongoing promotions for small ice-cream cone for $0.75 until April 24, 2022. I went there this evening getting a small cone and they charged me $1.99 again. When confronting them why they didn’t honor the promotion by default, they said they were told not to give out promotional price unless customers asked for it…….I don’t agree this business model. Felt like it left a bad taste in my mouth…even if it’s an ice-cream.Second complaint is that they usually make the ice-cream cone as soon as the drive thru order has been completed, but somehow the drive thru line is awfully slow. By the time we get to the counter it’s already soft/melt. The size of the ice-cream is not consistent.
TERRIBLE service and even worse management! If I could give zero stars I would! I did an online order for a custom ice cream cake. Said allow 48 to make. I put in an order and even received confirmation that my order was accepted and processed. I called the day before I was suppose to pick up to ask a question and I was told they never got an order. The manager was an absolute b**** and I honestly felt she was amused by this. She kept saying I’m trying to help when she actually was doing NOTHING to help. She was a terrible person, had an attitude and seriously I think she was amused. She is someone Id be ashamed to have in a management spot. She never even apologized! She literally did nothing besides make it worse by being herself and actEd surprised by my being mad and upset(which pretty sure I had a right to be when I thought a birthday cake was being made and only to find out less then 24 hrs before needing it nothings been done) I was happy to be close by to a DQ but after this Ill be choosing another DQ to go to vs this store! Absolutely horrible first time experience with this store!
Poor customer service. I hardly visit this restaurant so I was taking to long I guess to make a decision. I could hear the drive thru attendant breathing heavily in regards to me moving slow. After all that my food was over cooked..
The food was good but at this Dairy Queen the tacos were dollar more than most and the French fries were more I guess their business costs more to run The toppings were also less on the tacos than other dairy queens I have visit recently It is a new Dairy Queen from what I can tell I guess it is costing them more than the other ones I have visited
Dairy Queen has a variety of food and desserts, ranging from burgers and sandwiches to ice cream cones and their main attraction, Blizzards. Today at Dairy Queen, me and my friends, along with my family, got the Blizzards and a few ice cream cones. The Blizzards tasted great and I suggest eating the Blizzards when the weather outside is hot for they are a very good treat that you would absolutely love in the hot summer months (the summer months may not be that hot depending on your location). In my opinion, If you are planning to get a small treat like the Blizzards or the ice cream cones, it is best to do pickup, delivery, or curbside pickup but if you are at Dairy Queen for a big meal, it is best to dine in at the restaurant however, it is your choice what you want to do. Overall, the combination of cold treats and big meals are probably what makes Dairy Queen so unique making it a good place to get quick snacks as well as family meals or just single meals.
Came through the drive thru for quick blizzards, customer service was amazing for this time of the evening.
1st time to this location and have to start with the restaurant was clean, the staff was very nice and the food was prepared fresh however the steak fingers were nasty as was the chicken strips.
Good location and Everytime I get my chicken strip basket. It has not been over cook and is delicious! The location stays pretty clean as well and all the staff I have had the pleasure of speaking with have been very nice.
