Staff not helpful, cookie not iced, location was filthy! Family in front of me bought ice cream and was told they have no spoons after they paid. We will not be back to that location. We will try again in UT!
Rude employees and never have anything ready. I’ll give it to them though, they’ll stick together and will go as far as to lie for one another. I had the wrong order given to me and my husband was blamed for it. I spoke to the “manager“ and she told me to return the cookies, I told her it would be after work and would anyone know about this if she wasn’t there. She proceeded to tell me that someone would help. I go to return the cookies and the “shift lead” ask what I’m talking about and as I tried to explain, he continually cut me off and then said I was rude and there wasn’t anything he could do. I told him what was said to me and he first said The person I talked to wasn’t a manager and then he proceeded to say the manager fell ill and left. I could care less because all I wanted was some type of confirmation that the cookies were actually returned and I’d eventually get a refund. He said he couldn’t do that and if I looked around, I’d see cameras that would show I was there. This location is HORRIBLE. They have kids running it and they’re rude and clearly know nothing about customer service!!!!! I’ll be leaving another review about this and other instances that occurred at this location
It’s a unique different kind of Cookie addition for our community in Richmond Area, they have many kind of flavors which they bake on the spot and they switch flavors frequently and specially our kids enjoy most of those flavors and me too!!!
Placed a mobile order. The app said ready in 17 minutes. One hour and a half later, I received my package from a Door Dash driver. He said he had to wait 30 minutes at the store because they told him the order wasn’t finished. I open cookies so we can get ready to leave and this is what I see! I call the store, spoke with the manager, she said there’s nothing they can do and to contact door dash because it’s the fault of the driver. I contact DoorDash only to be told I have to reach out to the store. I told them the store told me to contact DoorDash, they contacted the merchant (Crumbl) and said the manager is expecting my call. I call Crumbl back only to be told the manager wasn’t available. Uhh I literally just spoke with her 30 minutes ago and she literally hust got off the line with the DoorDash representative???
Leadership is horrible, waited almost an hour for six cookies.. I work retail so I understand what being short staffed is. However when there are 3-4 people behind a wall laughing and joking and literally more than 30 people in the lobby there’s an issue. There is no sense of urgency and it’s apparent no one cares.. place needs either a new manager or some kind of shift lead ASAP.
Cookies...who doesn't love a good cookie. Came here three weeks ago or so and had the Cookie Monster Chip Ahoy cookie and it was so good I almost (almost) went back the next day. Well now it's become a Thursday tradition between picking up my two kids. I love that each week we get surprised by the new flavors and it's not the same redundant taste. The cookie bases are really good, this week's were different and not necessarily what I would get usually. The pink icing cookie had a slight almond or wedding cake taste. The cookie sizes are pretty big and you can easily eat a whole one or split it for two snacks or between people depending on your mood. See you next Thursday!
Food and service quality was good. Taste was alright and they were out of one of the flavors. The Oreo cookie is solid and the rest of the weekly flavors were alright
My only issue was that I had placed my order online thinking I wouldn’t have to wait .. I got there and was told it would be about 15mins because the s’more cookies weren’t ready so I waited, only to be told after that the cake batter blondies would be even longer because they were just making them! The cookies were great but I had to substitute because of the situation .. I’d rather go to the Bellaire location.
Warm cookies with ice cold milk....oh my stars!! I got these for my daughter's birthday and she was ecstatic. We got the party box (12 cookies). The cookies were so big we cut them in half so everyone could try every flavor. Simply delicious!
