Three servers with a total of 5 tables and a couple of people at the bar and they still couldn't cut it. Never bussed the table. We had a pile of plates all over. They take forever to bring out the food, too. Like over half an hour for items that literally take 10-15 minutes in a regular restaurant setting. Had to get up to get the check ourselves even after flagging them down for to go plates. The food is good, but the service ruins it and we've been twice with the same outcome. I guess if you want a VERY leisurely meal and don't mind the mess on your table or lack of service, it's ok. Hence the 2 stars.
My husband and I went for dinner at this gem of a restaurant for the first time this evening. It was such a delight to finally find a Mexican restaurant that was not only the food incredibly delicious but the presentation was exquisite. I was blown away at how the Chef meticulously made sure that all plates looked scrumptious. The menu was unbelievable with delights that you only would find in a taqueria. The restaurant was clean and it is very family oriented. I had to meet the Chef Cristobal to thank him for such a delectable dinner.coming for more and more
The worst experiece ever. First and last time ever eating at Cristobal's. The suggested Cristibal margarita had no flavor, the food took over 30min to our table, the 6 different tacos we ordered the corn tortillas were cold, the fajita, barbacoa tacos were nasty. Should not be considered a 'Mexican' restaurant, have eaten much better at othe places.We paid over $75 but uneaten, cold-bland food. Deserves zero stars for review but could not post w/o any.Gave it no
Fantastic Food!! I was staying at the LA Quinta due to further healing after being in the Hospital for 2 weeks & THIS IS my favorite place to eat!! Sorry that a few grumblers said negative or poor things! Not everyone is Happy! Yes, Food comes slow WHEN they are busy But they are a Tiny place doing awesome things!!
Treasure found in Greatwood/ Sugar Land!!! Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Music was just the right volume, customer service was outstanding. Chips were warm and delicious, salsa was packed with flavor and just the right amount of spicy. Plenty of menu options for any palette or craving. I had the chicken flautas, my husband had the menudo. Delicious Authentic Mexican food, well prepared and perfect portions. Everything was fresh and sooo good. I showed up hungry and left full and satisfied. Cristobol’s definitely found a new and loyal customer! Highly recommend visiting.
This was a very good place to eat Mexican food. The enchiladas were excellent and the rice and beans were very good too. Very nice staff too.
Stopped by when in the area. We had our little dog in the car, so we got to go orders. Very good tacos! Very friendly staff, and we didn’t have to wait long at all.
If you haven't, you must! Great drinks and great food! Best guacamole south of the border!!!
Went during one of the weekend for lunch. There were no other customers beside us until later on. The staffs are friendly and serve fresh chips and salsa while we waited for our food. However, it took well over 40 minutes for our food to arrive and we finished 2 baskets of chip and still waiting. The food are good but I probably won't go back if I have to wait that long.
Their food is amazing the ppl their r very polite and helpful, good place
