The employees seemed friendly, but the restaurant was very dirty. The stainless steel ingredient line was full of old food remnants on the counter where they assemble burritos, bowls, and tacos - there was also smeared sour cream and guacamole all over the counter as well. Trash was on the ground, the dining area needed to be cleaned, and the kitchen looked dirty as well. No manager in sight - the employees looked like they were on their own. Regional leadership should do drop ins on this Chipotle at night. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen this Chipotle look dirty. Definitely not up to Chipotle standard on this visit.
Horrible experience. Girls making the food had a stank attitude, were flinging food around the back, started cleaning up at like 9:15, putting chairs away 30 minutes before closing, spraying cleaner on the tables and getting it into food. They ran out of so much food and said what was left was only for the drive through. The employees were making faces and slamming the napkin holders as patrons were walking in because it was close to 10.
The employees here have a bad attitude and start shutting down 1 hour early.The line is out the door and they are picking up chairs and removed the trash cans already.Update they are spraying cleaners all over the place getting in our food.
I want to start by saying I love Chipotle. However, I rarely get the chips because they are usually stale. Today I gave them another chance. They weren't stale! But they were completely inedible. I haven't a clue how they managed to pack so much grease into them. I think the burritos are usually 4-5 stars but the process to make and store the chips needs to be completely overhauled.
Food was as always good but like why would you put a moody person to be the first thing to see the person that took my order was blond wearing glasses btw she was not only rude and seemed super annoyed when i was thinking what to get and i was trying my best to not take long but she would roll her eyes at me and my sister. Cashier was nice though at least! Please guys I Know its fast food but everyone deserves to be treated with respect not even not but polite we live in hard times.
I like Chipotle, but the truth is that the food is hit or miss. Some times you'll have uncooked rice or beans that are super cold & the worst is the stale chips. I will say that when it's all done right the food is great.
Rice was not cooked properly, lettuce turning brown .. worst chipotle experience I ever had. Even the food preparation area was not clean and it was not even busy at that time.
Unfriendly towards customers. The rice wasn't done or had been sitting it was hard. What had me change my mine was the cross contamination. After take our cash with gloves. She started helping with the food. Didn't change her gloves. No thanks
Clean place but the portion of the foods are so small for the expensive prices, it’s ridiculous. You’re not serving a toddler; you’re serving a full grown adult. The women here also have nasty attitude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, avoid it if you can. I also saw some stuff in my food that looks like a staple .
First time here, there is a buffet option of meats, beans, sauces, green and rice. The young man's smile welcomed me from afar. He explained his things worked, was patient and allowed me to taste meat before ordering. It was a bowl of food you can split for 2. Great experience mainly the customer service.
