Service was very good and food was ok. Food was as yu would expect from Chili’s. I do like the way that you pay your bill at the table with the self checkout device.
Waited 30 minutes at curbside after checking in, had to call and get put on hold until someone came out. All of that to come home and see there’s only 5 pieces of carne asada (which I could not chew from how overdone it was) and a hair in the cheese of my black beans. I actually wanted to cry from this experience. This chilis used to be a hit or miss, then they got better during covid so I started going back, but now it looks like it’s a miss again. Hopefully they can get it together.
Sadly we had a less than acceptable experience with this Chilis unlike in the past. There was no receptionist/hostess, only an empty booth until finally one of the waiters came to seat us. Once seated we placed the order for the drinks and our waiter disappeared. We saw our drinks at the bar just sitting there melting, and no one came to take our order. Several other waiters and waitresses were running around however did not even consider helping out even when they were short-staffed.Finally after nearly 30 min in the restaurant we simply got up and left. We will not come back.
Went with my grown daughter while out shopping to have a drink and snack. The bartender was well knowledge and prepared a drink I liked. We ordered an appetizer. It took twenty minutes to come out.
I took my family here to have lunch, I'll review it based on 4 categories-- Cleanliness and crowd, price, menu, and deliciousness of meals.1. Cleanliness: The place was very clean and since it was in the afternoon, there was no crowd, only a few customers there. I have gone there on a Friday night and it wasn't a good experience.2: Menu: The good thing about Chili's is that they have a great assortment of options to pick from in the menu. Everything from seafood to southern style or just plain burger and chicken- they got it.3: Price: I have realized that Chili's is one of the most affordable restaurants to visit, not exceptionally cheap (which usually comes with quality compromise), but very affordable. We were 4 people, we all had full course meals with drink, and paid about $75 total.4: Deliciousness: I have always liked eating at Chili's mostly because of the deliciousness of their meals. Cooked to desirability and brought to you in time.I will definitely be visiting here a lot in the summer.
Every time I come to this location the service is just horrible. You have to wait so long for a server to come get a drink order and food order and sometimes they dont even come back after that. I wish there was a closer one to my house.
The experience here wasn’t good from the moment we walked in the door, she didn’t ask us where we would be comfortable sitting at and basically threw our menus on the table. She didn’t introduced herself or nothing. She wasn’t attentive, only checked on us once but couldn’t get the plates that we had piling up . Had to ask someone who wasn’t even our waiter to get a drinks for us. The only reason why they get one star is because the food was hot and fresh .
Absolutely terrible service! Ordered 3 appetizers before the main course and server decided to serve us the main course first without the appetizer. We refused and talked to the manager who was helpful and fixed the mistake. Maybe the manager is good but unfortunately the staff are not trained and they serve you as if it’s Mac Donald’s! Not going there anymore!
We were there for my friend's birthday dinner. Loved the food, ordered take out as well.Service was good and the environment was nice as well
We ordered Cajun Chicken pasta and were cold and not oven done properly AT ALL.The server was nice but food wasn’t at all. The chips they serve shine so much from oil and just doesn’t look eatable at all. The guacamole they serve isn’t fresh mostly frozen and tastes very okay. Appetizer came after entree. The to go boxes were damaged and couldn’t even close. This Chili’s wasn’t a good experience at all!
