Don’t waste your time here, better off going to a different location. Ordered curbside pickup an hour before going to make sure that it would be done when i got there, and then I waited 20 minutes in my car while the other curbside orders were fulfilled. Then I had to go inside to tell them after I was tired of waiting and they didn’t even know what order I was talking about! Worst service at a chick-fil-a i’ve ever had.
Food is always good but this location is consistently stingy on their fries.
I ordered on the App and waited for over 15 minutes when my food came out it was missing half of my order I called the restaurant spoke to the manager all he had to say was he apologize and nothing else. Bad customer service dude.
Not sure why this specific chick fil a cannot accommodate well done chicken…
This chick fil a can’t ever get an order right. Every time we order through door dash something is missing or something is made wrong. It’s literally every single time.
Everytime I come the lines are horrible and take forever to get through. Every other establishment I've been to have always had very quick service or have had people outside taking orders to speed the lines up. Also they have a few rude and/or unprofessional people working here that seem to just not care. Also when I got my order I was happy at first with the amount of sauce I received but sooooo disappointed when I saw the food.. gave me the French fries not even half filled and nuggets cold and looked like someone picked at them.. I've never not liked or been dissatisfied from a Chick-fil-A....And one thing I've always liked about Chick-fil-A is the friendly atmosphere you get when you go there even if it is through drive through. But you do not get that here.
I was impressed. This location was very clean,spacious,and fresh. The customer service is beyond great, and the fresh flowers at each table added the perfect touch. I've gone through the drive through plenty of times at this location, but I believe I will start dining in. It is such a peaceful and positive environment. This location has the right idea.
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-a and unfriendly location I EVER been to. DO NOT EVER do curbside it takes for EVER. Drive thru or walk-in is waaaay faster. I ordered my food at 7:11am and it’s 7:31am and nowhere near ready now my daughter is late for school. The young lady in the picture came to work late and had the nerves to have a attitude with me because I asked the status regarding my order. Then on top of everything my order was completely wrong.
