Extremely rude workers and managers. All I asked for was a simple double whopper and we were charged and given something completely different. I went back and they were rude and short with me. Didn’t even offer a refund and were reluctant to make me what I asked for. Didn’t even give me the full meal just a sandwich. Now I have a burger with a hot drink and cold fries.

I went to this location at 9:14pm. Hours are until.10pm. It was raining and I drive a big truck that cannot fit thru the drive thru. There was a manager mopping the floor. I asked if I could order and take out since it was ra8ning. He told me no that I could stand in the rain at the drive thru. I cussed him out as he deserved. I will never give this joke of a location my business again. Lazy trash!!!
Worst delivery service ever. Rider was at the wrong address because burger king had given her the wrong address. And more than an hour later the rider showed up at the right address and still couldn't find the correct address.

Food was fine and the staff was pleasant. The story itself was not very clean feeling and the restroom was nasty.
This place has improved dramatically. The quality of food, the smiles from employee's. I used to get the burgers dry because the mayo, ketchup and mustard was so much that I would gross out. Not anymore. Perfect
They were told whopper with cheese plain ketchup and mustard only. They put mayonnaise on my sandwich. Im allergic to mayonnaise. So now on the way to the hospital with my throat swelling up. I have proof I told her plain ketchup and mustard only. Wow thanks Burger King.

This place is trash, the manager is rude, sitting behind the counter on a box texting, never looking up at customers. To busy on his phone, and when I asked for the key to the restroom he wouldn’t let me use it, telling me “they cleaned it up already”. This is the manager that work around the 10-11 pm hours on today (for example).
