I feel like the value isn’t there with the food from this location. Nothing tastes fresh or like it was made with love. The kitchen manager should coach his team to cook food to order during slower business times.Wouldn’t recommend based on food quality alone.
I’ve been visiting this place for 12 years. I’ve seen this place decline over the years. Over the years there has been some really good servers and bartenders. Here is a few names , Shawn, Tracy, Daniela, and my mind went blank with names. Their was a couple other great ones. I promise once I remember the names I’ll edit. Well now I walk in and it’s almost like a burden to be served. You definitely don’t feel that friendly feeling. I come to this establishment because it’s a local restaurant. It’s actually not even one of my favorite places to start with. It’s just convenient! Then I go and servers are rude and service is completely unacceptable. I almost feel like a complete burden. Then to make worse it’s dirty and bathroom needs cleaning and paper towels always. I might try it a few more times hoping I’ll walk in and find that friendly server but after that I’m probably done. Very sad after all these years.
Host seating folks was very odd. He just stared at us and took like 5 minutes for him to do anything. He never said a word just took the menus and walked away again never said hi or anything or follow me to your seat. We thought he was waiting himself for a table. His shirt never even identified with the name of establishment only on the back. He had empty tables and took us to a booth that had to be cleaned off first even when there were other tables and booths already opened and cleaned. Waiter assigned took our drink orders 5 to 10 minutes after arriving. Very slow service. Too many to go folks sitting around not assisting floor staff and get folks who had no drinks yet or food. Seriously during March Madness this place should have been filled up. Saw several folks leave due to no service within 10 minutes of sitting there. Took us 45 minutes to receive our hamburger and nacho orderscwhich we're tasty. Granddaughter asked for boneless wings and her food was okay but nothing to brag about. Your staff needs to be more attentive and be ready to serve drinks within 5 minutes of seating folks. I can see why you don't have a full house if patrons are not treated like you care to serve them. Staff needs to be thoroughly retrained on how to serve patrons to keep us returning. I don't plan to return to this location if this is indicative of how your staff could care less to serve and please their patrons on their dining experience.
Amazing service and staff! We had 4 different sauces for our traditional wings, cooked to perfection and very tasty! Crispy warm fries was surprisingly delicious. Haven’t been to a BW3 in years…this location reminded me what we were missing. Keep up the great work!??
Overall a good experience. While the food was on point with other Buffalo Wild Wings, the main dining area was not! We were led to our first table, which was gross and not cleaned. On to the second table, also not cleaned. Then finally the third table which we had to stand by and wait for it to be cleaned. While it was wiped down it wasn't very good as crumbs and liquid were left behind. From our table you could see what looked like a staging area, cabintes were open, water all over the floor, just a mess. Makes me wonder if the back cooking area was clean if the main area where customers sat was not..
Came in a Tuesday, plenty of staff but had to wait for a table to be cleaned. It was cleaned quickly, not a big deal. After being seated it took quite awhile for our server to greet us and take our drink order. Server was nice and we ordered 20 boneless wings, fries, and orings. The waiter brings back the o-rings, and I ask for salt. He informs me they are out. So I had to walk him through the fact that just because they are out of shakers does not mean he cant grab some from the kitchen or bar. The waiter seemed like he had more tables then he could handle. The wings arrive and instead of 20 boneless there are 30 bone in wings. After receiving our food it was impossible to track our waiter down. The staff just seems disorganized causing service issues. (Have had several poor experiences here, this is the first time leaving a review). Management has to step it up.
This place has gone way down. Service is hit or miss, have had some good servers when dining in, but service is terrible when taking out. Wings were awful last time we ordered, small, overly breaded, barely any sauce on them, just not good at all. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the cooks but their quality have steadily come down over the last several months. Definitely not going back there.
Don’t normally post but this BWW is the worst out of 10-12 I have been to in Texas. Don’t waste your time even if you are use to and love BWW. This place will make you change your opinion. They are extremely late on orders. Managers don’t care. I hope they change the leadership at that store asap!
Good food is not the only factor in a customer's overall experience. While I hate to say it, if Wingstop would make a Jammin Jalapeño sauce, I'd never go back to Bdubs. I love the food at Bdubs, but for the past few years service and restaurant quality has severely declined at every location we have been to. Servers act like they'd rather be anywhere but here doing their job and the "remodel" of dining rooms means nothing if you don't take out that nasty stinking carpet. Bottom line, bring your service and atmosphere back up to the quality of your food and customers would be more likely to pay the increasing food prices to watch sports and bring families to dinner. And for the love of God...when I order all flats...bring me all flats!!!
I placed an order on 1/22 in the morning to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. When it came close to picking up the order, we followed the BWW app status and we left our house as soon as it said COOKING. We picked up the food on time and when we got home which is only 15 minutes away...the food was cold, the sauces were absorbed, and the boxes were completely wet from the steam condensation. You can definitely tell they cooked the wings way ahead of time of the order. This has never happened before when we picked up orders but we have never scheduled a pick-up time so far in advanced but this is ridiculous. I seriously do not understand why you have to rush when you literally are frying wings and putting sauce on them. This was incredibly disappointing.
