Tried the new Wagyu Burger meal . This location opened at 10am so I went at 10:50. Judging by the pictures on their ads, this should be a great burger. Not true. Could just be this location but I won't be reordering. Meat was semi-warm & raw in the center. I would have thought this early in the day that it would have been "hot off the grill". The bun is too much for the rest of the burger so you mostly get bread . I got curly fries with the meal. The fries were not hot & tasted like they were a day old. The fries were really bad. I threw away most of the fries & half of the burger. Raw meat seems dangerous. I do not recommend.

Absolutely the best drive thru service I've gotten in this entire area, JaMarco (Marco) went above and beyond for me and my best friend. My order was difficult but made correctly, if I could give more stars I would

Julie at the drive through window was so incredibly rude that my wife and I were completely baffled. We were asked to pull forward and someone would come out with our food. My wife simply asked for her to please make sure we got extra sauces and she did not respond, just looked at my wife, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut and turned around.

Closed so we couldn't go in for dinner so we ate in the car with little kids. Not fun. Worst Reuben I've ever encountered. Last time we went here they forgot our kids meals and never made it right despite the owner expressing he would. Very much done with this Arby's location.

Tonight I went the drive thru and was rushed through my entire order. The dude sounded very annoyed and kept asking “are you done?” At the end of my order I asked for extra army sauce. When I got my bag from the window he hadn’t given me any arby’s sauce so I asked again if I could get some extra arbys sauce. I was polite. I wasn’t angry. He took two handfuls of arbys sauce and threw them at me. They got all over my lap and the floor of my car. When I called to speak to a manager the guy who answered had a very similar voice and told me that he was not allowed to give me the first name of the person working drivethru for me to report a complaint. I’m pretty sure it was the same guy. I’m also pretty sure he’s not the manager. Anyways on top of all that, half my order was wrong. Luckily there’s another arby’s just a mile farther from my house in the opposite direction.

Young lady in the drive thru was terrible... No manners and was curt... No "hello", "thank you" no getting at all... Like we owed her something...Edit; revisited tonight, still terrible... A reminder why I never went back... The guy in the drive thru, let's just say if you don't want to work you should quit... He takes your order as if you're disturbing his break... And still my order was wrong when I got home... Never again...

Pull up to the drive-thru at 9:40 p.m. the store's lit up to drive through signs lit up and we proceed to sit four or five minutes. After no one acknowledge us we pulled up to the window and still did not receive service so I ran to the front door to go and see if they were open. As I look inside I see an employee who lets me know thru visual clues that they were closed. My biggest issue is if they were going to close early because of the weather or for other reasons turn off your lights on the drive-thru put a sign up to notify people so that we don't sit there and wait 10 minutes and then are unable to go anywhere else.

Good no problem thay was out of mac&cheese. And crinckel ? fries. But overall was ok

Like the 2 for 6, but they removed the regular roast beef from the deal. Why, so ?
