This gas station and store are clean, well lit. The staff has always been friendly and super helpful.
The lady who appears to be the manager, previous experiences I thought she was very nice, but going to location two days after Christmas she was very rude! This is still a fairly new location, and that kind of service is a very good way to destroy this particular location with being UGLY!!!!! when it come to being kind to customers.???
I love the Banana Nut coffee that I can only seem to find at this location! Staff is great and they keep the store clean.
This place ROCKS! The customer service is amazing, the food at Laredo's is amazing and this is honestly one of the best gas stations/convenience stores in the area! It is so organized and clean every time I go in there, and I am in here all the time. This place offers a good vibe, good food, good people, and allot more. Come to this 7/11 and see for yourself, it's worth going to. Top notch 10/10 Good job with this one! Also their rewards program hooks it up!!!
slow customer service....So many cashiers and other employees but always during day time customers lined up while employees are fixing things behind counter, communication and discussing their operational issues with manager. Doing paper work!Too new to have a mismanaged manager.Please prioritize clearing customer lineup.Event customers are lined up waiting for their food to be prepared.and cashiers wouldn’t take next customer in line and prefer to wait for the tacos to be prepared.
I'm sitting in here right now eating my breakfast taco. The staff is very kind, welcoming every guest in, and Tim even asked me how my food was while he was taking care of inventory. ?
Clean and new. But I seemed to be disturbing their phone time, so they half listened and my taco order was wrong ... it’s also a little gross to see someone playing with their phone and then make your taco without washing their hands.
Usually go for tacos but this last time the eggs were green/gray and smelled funny. Will not be going back to this location for Laredo tacos.
A bottle of wine slipped out my bag and broke because the cashier didn’t double bag it. I asked the manager multiple times if I could get the bottle replaced and she ignored and gave me attitude. She said only if the cashier paid for it, so I had the buy back the bottle. The manager is rude and lacks customer service skills.
Totally great place to stop! Staff is super friendly... and OH MY GOODNESS.... Try the Tacos!
