Japanese Fondue Hot Pot
(972) 807-9057

This was a very pleasant experience. They walked me through everything that I needed to do to experience all the flavors of shabu shabu. The server there was very attentive and made sure you had an enjoyable time. The food was absolutely delicious.

Enjoyed it a lot. Staff is super friendly and food was good. It’s different from Chinese hot pot. A little pricy for what it is but still a fun experience with friends. I do like how each person gets their own bowl to boil.

I didn't know what to expect when I went here. You pick a base, meat and noodle and they make a broth for you with the base. The noodles are saved for a soup that they make from your broth later. You are served a bowl of rice and a plate of veggies. You take your meat and cook it in the broth. One at a time and shabu shabu (Japanese for swish swish) until it's cooked. Then you dip it in one of your 3 sauces you have to choose from. There's more but it's fun to experience while you're there.DO MAKE A RESERVATION!!! They'll let you know if haven't.All they servers and staff were polite but a special shout out to LeeAnne (I'm sure I've spelled her name incorrectly). She was the BEST!!!!!!I look forward to going again.

We stopped by since we were in the area and wanted to kill some time for traffic to die down. I don't normally review places but this place was tops. From the service to the food (A5 Wagyu is to die for) we had a beyond amazing time. I have never tried hot pot before and the fact that they demo it for you and teach you tricks was so cool. I loved everything about this place. The decor was comfy, people were so welcoming and just the overall experience was grate. We tried the A5 Wagyu (again to die for) Wagyu toro, chicken and Aburi Chashu app. AburiChashu app was my second fave. The sauce is the best. Owners were there and were a blast to speak with. I definitely will plant to come again!

The food was good and the service was nice. Not quite what I was expecting but good overall. Side note foe those that don't know 18% charge if you sit at the bar with the hot plates.

Delicious and filling. Great staff

This place is awesome. Went on a Saturday night and they were very busy, but it was worth the wait! They take reservations, but only for parties of 3 or more, FYI. Otherwise, there is a waitlist you can get on. Staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. Great place for a date night!

Best shabu shabu in the Dallas area ?. We had a great experience and the staff was super friendly. ?

Servers were friendly, but prioritized themselves over the customer experience. We came in without a reservation, and the servers would not let us sit at the tables due to lack of workers. If it was only me eating, I would have no problem eating at the bar. However, I came in with my dad, who has a disability and is prone to falling. The only available tables were on high chairs with not much back support. We asked if they could open a table for us considering my dad’s disability, but they said, and I quote: “We would, but if you guys start sitting there and if we open that area up, more people are going to want to eat there, and we just don’t have the servers for that.”Not only were they inconsiderate of a diagnosed health condition, they did not even try to come up with a solution for us before dismissing us and said “You’re free to go to anywhere else.” I can only imagine if someone came in with a service dog or in a wheelchair, they might have taken us more seriously and been more considerate of my dad’s situation.

I have met co-workers here for lunch and have been here with my wife during dinner hours. Everytime, the experience is perfect. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The quality of the vegetables and meats are A+. Pricing is high but that is to be expected with the level of service and food they give you.
