I placed a delivery order on the Wingstop website at around 11:00 pm, an hour before closing, and received confirmation that my order was received and would be delivered at 11:52 pm. Around 11:15 pm I received a text from somewhere saying "store closed". I have been trying to reach the store about a refund and keep being told that the manager will call me. Needless to say, no phone call yet. It looks like I will have to escalate my issue to someone who will actually do something about it, and I'm never ordering from this location again.
They provided good customer service from start to finish. They were very understaffed with only 3 employees but they made big things happened and with quality. The cashier was greeting customers, taking orders, checking on orders, and changed the ice machine while the other two employees were making the orders working very efficiently. When I got my food I was a little worried because most places forget to put the lemon pepper seasoning on the fried but they did my order perfectly. Everything was cooked right and was delicious! Very good job at this location.
I ordered my food and was going to give a good tip in cash. What happened is I only have 9 wings when I ordered 10. Half my fries where gone and the seal on the bag was broken. My Soda looks like someone drank some and was also double charged hopefully I get this refunded. I have pics to prove all this. And I didn't even get a receipt or straw. I am reporting the driver Tyrone to corporate office tomorrow that way nobody else goes through this. Short and simple Tryone ate one of my wings, drank my soda, ate half my fries and purposely didn't give me a receipt on purpose just so I don't write a review!
If you want high quality food and customer service from Wingstop, then this isn't the place. Flavor sucks, service was terrible, walked in there and i was the only person in there stood there being ignored until another customer comes what kind of slack job is that, ordered 2 meals online but 1 set of fries were missing, it looked like somebody slapped some Velveeta cheese ontop of the only fries I received. And the soda machine had no carbonation. Need to retrain and improve this location fr. Rather go somewhere else that's not run by lack of customer and quality service.
If I could I would give this location a zero. They seem not to care here one particular person didn’t have their hair up when working with food,which should be a safety hazard what food place doesn’t require their workers that work with food to have their hair picked up. Also, they seem not to care if the phone is ringing they just let it ring and ring when they are standing there and laughing and talking and some of them just give off a bad attitude to every person that orders and get impatient when customer isn’t ready to order and have no manners to treating customers. They are giving orders wrong and not checking if they are giving them right and don’t know whose order is who. Always check your orders before leaving.
This is the second time i order here and is always missing 2-3 items i order 50pc classic wings and they weren’t hot fresh they miss my ranch and veggies i try to call i was on line for 20 mins and no one come to answer the phone this is ridiculous!!’ Pay almost $70, ill rather drive 10 more mins to another location, the wings are flavorless ???? seriously do better!!!
The wings were small. Fries were soggy and cold when i asked for well done. May have to go to ANOTHERA LOCATION again smg
4 months ago was 5 star rating but present time it takes forever to have an order even if you placed online with enough time before you get there.
Cashier was horrible. They forgot corn from my order, when I returned the girl working the cash register ordered me to bring back the bag so she could “take a look” herself. I went back to my car, put the bag on the counter, then she said she couldn’t look at the bag because they can’t touch the food because of COVID? Thanks for treating customers like a criminal and also laughing in their face for spending money while not doing your simple job correctly.
I can understand it being closing time but you still can't leave mess on your counters
