Ordered for pickup, cashier was very nice! As well as the manager! My wings....absolutely yes!!
I came to this location on my lunch break on December 20th. I chose this location oppose to the location I usually go to because this one was only 5 minutes from my job. I walked in and was loudly asked "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!" When I began to place my order, I was interrupted by the same person who just asked how he could be of assistance because he prioritized a customer placing an order over the phone rather than myself who was standing in front of him. After 4 minutes of waiting for his phone call to end, he asked me once again how could he be of assistance. I placed my order and he gave me my receipt and the wrong size cup that came with my order but I ignored it because I wanted to get out of there quickly. 17 MINUTES LATER... my order was finally ready. I was very irritated. There was at least 3 guys at the back "working " two who were on their phones so I couldn't understand why it took so long for my order. Won't be going back. They didn't even have the decency to say thank you or just have basic customer service skills. ??????
The worst WingStop. I’ve ordered many times from this specific location and it always disappoints. They don’t cook their food correctly. It’s always under cooked or over cooked. Today the wings were dripping grease and the fries didn’t have any seasoning at all. This place isn’t like before, who ever is “running” this location needs to get it together and start paying attention to it. Your employees and the food reflect on you. Do better.

I ordered my food through their website, which has DoorDash assisting with the delivery. My DoorDasher forgot my drink and when I attempted to reach him, he disconnected the service. I called up to Wingstop twice and no one answer. I drove up to the Wingstop and explained that my drink was missing. All of my food was received, but I’m asking for the beverage I paid for. They said I could’ve reached the driver. I even showed the Ring Doorbell to show that driver didn’t bring the drink and they interrogated on why I didn’t get to him faster instead of providing the beverage that was clearly missing in the video. I get it if it was wings, but I’m literally asking for my large drink that I paid extra for. Do better Wingstop!

Management is amazing! Love how he keeps everything in order with the young workers, plus i like my food crispy so this wingstop never leaves me disappointed! I started to try new foods like the small corn delicious! I’ve always been a picky eater that to the manager at the register great energy always bless me & my grandma when we come vist!
If I could rate 0 starts I would.I made an online order through their website. When my order was delivered, the ranch was missing. Disappointing.I looked at my cup and the lid was broken. When I removed the lid, I realized the cup wasn’t filled all the way and even worse, there were lip marks on it. ??I called the store to request for them to replace my drink and ranch. I am not the type of person that just wants to get a freebie, I just want to enjoy my meal that I paid for, with my hard earned money. Literally had to call so many times because I kept getting hung up on. I couldn’t believe it because I wasn’t even being rude about it.Finally, when they decided to deal with the issue at hand, I was told they can’t still end replacements but I could go pick it up if I wanted. I explained I obviously ordered online because I didn’t want to go pick up my order.The guy I was speaking to called himself a manager and said he would give me a $20 credit for the next time I ordered but I would have to pick it up. I was highly disappointed that I wasn’t going to enjoy my meal that day but agreed. I decided to give them a chance to make this right.When I called to try to use my credit (a week later), the manager told me there was nothing on my profile and the best he could do was $5 off because and I quote “you ate the wings right?”….. without the ranch….This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s really not about the money. I tipped the driver $5 beforehand and he or somebody at this store drank out of my cup. I have a Ring Camera and the DoorDash driver was a guy. That is why i say it could’ve been someone at the store unless he was wearing pink lipstick.This is so sad to me because I love Wingstop.I Highly suggest that you do not order online from this store. I will personally not be ordering from them at all.
