I don't no why those folks are in there they know damn well they can't cook or better yet make a sandwich..

I love this place and would eat here more often if it were closer. I like how you can grab a bag, which is also a menu, check off all the options, then wait a few minutes while they make your sandwich.

One of my orders was wrong and had mayo instead of mustard. How they spread the condiments on the sandwich was all wrong too : it's disgusting biting into a sandwich and having it all in one place. Not spread at all so that the middle was oozing with Mayo while the rest of the sandwich was dry. The ingredients tasted old too. The lettuce was wilted and brown and the tomatoes were soft and mushy. I used to love going here but this is the last time.

Whoever working Jan 30 was TERRIBLE. Service was bad, long wait and forgot to make one sandwich and it doesn’t look superior.

I used to go to Which Wich in Arlington, TX all the time when I was in college... Now I live in a place where there's not one nearby. I recently started a job in Richardson and was SO excited to see that it was right down the road from Which Wich. However, due to the experience I had today, I will not be returning to this location. The store was not busy, there were only two other people ordering ahead of me and my friend. When we got to the counter, the lady that was at the register didn't even greet us. She seemed like she was having a bad day and like we were a nuisance just being there. She also tried to charge our order together, and we had to ask her to charge it separately. We also asked if we could get our bread toasted, but not the rest of the sandwich, which she made seem like was a hassle. Finally our order was ready and they put our order in the same bag. We asked for another bag, and she was like "Yours is right there." I told her that I knew it was ours but we needed another bag, and she rudely pointed to the plastic bags hanging on the wall that I hadn't noticed before. TERRIBLE customer service. The sandwich was ok. I order avocado on it and it was slightly brown. They also did not put any mayo, oil, or vinegar like I had ordered.

I’m just rating to alert the business. I got a sandwich for my son yesterday and he said it was AMAZING, The only issue is that it gave him diaherria. Please ensure your staff takes food handling safety very serious because it’s so easy to get food poisoning from cold cuts as temperature issues can happen or even cross contamination. Please fix this issue he loved your sandwiches so much.

the staff need to work on their customer service skills. had a pickup order and the Indian girl working was on her phone the entire time i was at the register and handed me a bag and i asked where the drinks were and she said you have to get them yourself and placed the cups inside the bag

Disappointed in which wich. They discontinued my favorite olive salad topping for sandwiches which is basically the only reason I ate there. Now my sandwich of choice is blasé. Also, the way they have the bags is different - not a fan. But it’s still got lots of different sandwiches to offer. My kid likes the pb&j. Except they don’t offer carrots and apples with the kids meals anymore so another bummer. Sadly, I probably won’t be eating there anymore.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only is location severely unkept (smelled foul, fry machines were always down, and the place has standing water near the restrooms) when I placed an order online it was made completely wrong (I am a vegan and there were several animal products added even though I specified in a written statement to remove them). When I realized their mistake I made several attempts over the course of a week to remedy this situation. No one in the shop answered the phone AND after speaking with the owner one time (a refund was discussed) no one is trying to fix this issue. After a week of constant attempts, today I was told "conveniently" that the shop has no internet services and will not issue me a refund. Stay away if you choose to order online and if you are a vegan. Out of all the places I frequent in Richardson, this is the only establishment that has no regard for their vegan customers and they stole my money.
