I ordered a breakfast sandwich and big breakfast with medium coke. I guess they Thought I wasn't going to check my order. Instead I was given pancake breakfast with bacon inside of bag. My pancake container was not closed properly. The pancake was coming out of the container. I was so mad I had to go inside of the restaurant. Manager had the nerve to tell me about what I should been charged. I'm not worried about the cost. I just want what I ordered to be correct. Presentation is so important it represents your restaurant and how you feel about your customers.
Whataburger is absolutely amazing but they can never quite get that whole fast part in "fast-food"If there is a long line in the drive thru, expect a 15-30+ minute wait.
Can’t complain. In and out. The drive through was fairly quick. Maybe I got lucky but like I said, I can’t complain. Got my food which was good and right.
Waited over ten minutes in the drive-thru only to get home and find my onion rings burnt. I only went to them cause I was burnt out on everything else.
Whataburger is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great sandwich with excellent service, sometimes not.They are the local HS go to so, it can get pretty busy. Be weary on weekends for sure.
I have stopped coming to this location.. if I come inside I always wait 20 minutes or more to get my order.. drive through the last time I was there took 25 minutes!! I only got a sausage Bob... the bread was burned and the sausage was cooked way to long I couldn't even eat it.. said there were only 2 people working. What a waste of my time and money.. I was so disappointed. . I love whataburger but I will not be coming back to this one.. sad thing is it's by my house and I go out of my way to get better service at another location.
Went there sometime around 3am, it was slow, I was the only customer there, but getting the food took a wild as time. I ordered a patty melt burger with fries, no salt. I got fries loaded with salt, and a patty melt unfortunately soon as i took a bite of it while making my way to work it tasted raw! The patties had cold spots in it, was still undercooked. DOUBLE YIKES!!! Good thing I stopped to check it. The Cheese couldn't even have the proper temperature for it to melt. ?
My burger was fresh and hot and exactly a I requested. Free flowing fountain drinks lure me inside for a cold refreshment. Plenty of free parking for the customers who enjoy their meal inside the restaurant.
By far the worst whataburger on the planet. They are incapable of getting an order right. I believe the staff wakes up every morning & says to themselves, who's life can we jack with today. Spending 30 minutes in line & still receiving an incorrect order baffles me. May God have mercy on their souls.
Awful. Don’t even attempt the drive-through unless you want to be stuck in there for 30 minutes. Going inside to get the food isn’t much better. I waited 15 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and fries which were not even hot when I finally got them.
