My granddaughter went through the drive thru. She requested a water for me with our order. No one told her to go thru B; however, the employees were unhappy that she went thru the regular window! She heard them say, "she doesn't need a water she doesn't even know which window to go thru". What a hateful, demented attitude! I paid a lot of money for this order. By Texas law, you have to provide customers with water upon request! My granddaughter had to go in and get it! It ruined my meal. The Manager was clearly a part of the transaction. Y'all should find a job where courtesy, consideration, common sense, and customer service skills are not required! I own restaurants. If you are going to belittle and disparage customers, even after they leave, someone is going to hear it! How sad!

I have oredered a Southern Bacon Double Burger without cheese but found out it has cheese on it after I got home. I called the store and told the manager that I have ordered the Southern Bacon burger with the cheese I especially asked not to put it on. I called and returned to the store and get the replacemnet. But after I got home, I have found the bacon is missing. I called and talked to the manager again, instead of trying to make up for their mistake, the manager denied that I have said Southern Bacon burger. on the other hand, he said he asked me if it has double meat. I said yes because Southern Bacon burger does have double meat. This does not mean it is not Southern Bacon burger. Anyway, the manager tried to put the blame on the customer instead of apologizing to the customer or trying to make up for their mistake. Very disappointment with the manager's attitude.

I've been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt since I've moved to Richardson. I've been saying stuff like "Maybe everyone is new", "maybe they're out of something" for almost a year now.I'm not sure what it is, but this location has a 90% chance to have an item missing from my order.I've been going back about once a month in hopes that something might change, but at this point I've paid about $60 for invisible food.I've tried maybe 6 times to report issues internally through the whataburger support section on their app and site, but have never received a response.Hate to say it, but y'all should steer clear.

Just came through this Whataburger drive-thru with one of my dogs in the backseat, ordered myself a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal with a Dr pepper, and a regular large Meat Patty on the side for my dog. Went to the first window and paid and the gentleman working the register was talking to my dog about the meat Patty that she's about to get and everything seemed fine there. Then I got to the second window and they had my order completely wrong and I had to ask again for the meat Patty, and they didn't even give me the large one that I asked for, they gave me a small one. They also gave me a Coke and not a Dr pepper. I have never experienced such bad customer service in a Whataburger before, maybe I've just gotten lucky, but I really don't feel like my regular order is that complicated. I also don't feel like I should have a window slammed in my face or be argued with for simply letting them know that my order was not correct and I would still like what I originally ordered.

This is my favorite place for my son and i to grab dinner when we are headed hom from visiting my inlaws. They staff is always working so hard to keep the drive through line moving. I always get the number 11 plain and dry. They never mess it up, they always make it just how i asked. Other locations i have been to dont pay attention and put a bunch of stuff on it, instead of how i ask. I love that they pay attention to requests and customizations. I know its not such a big deal but i still think its nice. I also love that they never give me weird looks or seem to judge me for asking for 6 or 7 regular ketchups. What can i say, they have great ketchup and my son & i use every single one with our meals. We are a ketchup family for sure.

STOP USING POSTMATES! Uber eats has drivers. DoorDash has drivers. If Postmates notoriously cannot find drivers STOP USING THEM! The last 3 deliveries we have attempted, our order was canceled because they had no one to deliver it. And yes, I'd love to come pick it up, but you can't do that either... company policy says throw it in the trash and cancel the order. Do better, Whataburger.

Good whataburger friendly service clean

Usually pretty good. A bit bummed out on smaller than usual chicken strip portions though.

Chris was so sweet when he helped me. I had multiple orders for my job but he was very patient and a great cashier! Every person on their staff in the morning had a smile cheek to cheek and there was a great holiday spirit in this location with their decor :)

From the time I walked in. Made my order and walked with my food. The front counter lady was attentive. I commend this location n I will be back soon.
