I've worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. Ive been a team member, a team leader, a manager, an assistant manager and almost a GM. And I know I'm not that crazy but when I saw an employee's hair not only was it not pulled back or in a hair net,. But it was unruly and all over the place. It honestly made me not even wanna eat. HAIR NEEDS TO BE TAMED AND PULLED BACK INTO A HAIR TIE OR A CLIP OR HAIR NET. NOBODY WANTS TO WORRY ABOUT SOME NAPPY HAIR FALLING INTO THEIR FOOD. Also, please wait at least 3 or 4 minutes after they start eating before you hand them the check. I mean what if we had wanted desert? I didn't even take a bite of my food and she was handing us the check. ?????? Employees need to be trained better management.
Just left this location and it's my new favorite Waffle House!! The service was fantastic and fast. My order was made perfectly ?? will definitely be bacc. Thank you Mahogany and Charletta and the whole crew for your kindness.
I came in after my shift at a local bar, it’s the closest thing to me that’s open, and this isn’t the first time, I have been kicked out and told they were only taking to go orders after 20 minutes of waiting. The servers were extremely rude, and did not inform anyone of anything. That’s okay though because Denny’s is 1 mile down the street, and they are willing to take an except everyone that walks in the door.
Seeing the cooks and staff laughing and enjoying themselves while making some of the best food I’ve had was such an amazing experience. That is very rare now and days.Props to the owner and staff of this place, supreme quality

First time in a waffle house here in Dallas. We went at 1pm and it was pack, but we were given a table right away. Everything was delicious, and fast served. Our waitress was very attentive and the lady attending the up keeping of the tables areas was a sweatheart.
No service what So EVER!!! The girl with the bright red hair completely ignored me and helped 2 parties that arrived after me. So very rude. I might as well have been invisible. She looked my way several times but I guess she just didn’t feel like helping me. I waited for half an hour!!! That person should do herself and all of us a favor and quit now. She has zero integrity and still had the audacity to mumble at me as I walked away. So unbelievably pitiful.
The food was delicious as usual! Everyone welcomed me and my guest with a Goodmorning and was in high spirits! The cook was fast and quality was a 10! Thank you
Good, quick, friendly service. Orange juice had soured, water or ice (maybe both) for ice water had algae taste. Both probably the result of 24 hour operations and lack of regular cleaning/maintenance. Coffee was good as was both meals.
This place has really gone downhill. Took forever to get my food, they didn't have gravy, the cook was super rude to all the other staff and really shouldn't have been cooking anywhere because he seemed absolutely incompetent and incapable of handling that job, plus I was the only person in there and couldn't even get my stuff right. I go here because I love waffle house food but It seems every time I come here now it's a terrible experience
