TP Tea never disappoint me. They use measure cups to make tea, so their quality is consistently high. Recommend their TieGuanYin Tea Latte - - it is as good as what I got from 茶湯會 in Taiwan.
This is one of my favorite drink franchise in Taiwan.This review was associated with my third visits of Dallas store and the most disappointed experience.I ordered 2 drinks at the time that was not rush hour. One was no sugar and one was 50%. The staff may confused that turned out 2 drinks were no sugar. My husband cant drink non-sweet drink, so basically he tossed the whole drink away with only 1 sip.The boba was less than previous visit and the straw was too short.I'm sorry to see it went like this.

This was my first time having Boba tea and I am certainly not disappointed. I went to the cashier and explained to her that I was vegan and told her to pick me a drink. This is what she picked me. It was a little bit sweet, but not overly sweet. And it was just a new experience to be able to drink it. It was actually very refreshing which was surprising to me. The staff was very friendly and informative because we had a pretty big party. They were able to help everyone and still stay caught up on all of the customers that were coming in the door. They were consistently busy but they were friendly to everyone. Definitely a place I would go back to.
It’s the same Taiwanese brand Chun Shui Tang and it’s just as good as I remember from Taiwan! The milk tea with grass jelly and less sugar is perfect. Very refreshing
I love the iced black tea latte or the tieguanyin tea latte. My boyfriends favorite is the hot Wintermelon tea latte. They’re all delicious! Especially if Kynda or Samantha is making them. Yum

This place is very clean, masks mandatory. Brand new place, first of it's brand in TX. Family owned, which I appreciate.Tea was great. Oreo Cookie TP milk tea makes a good dessert!I don't like really sweet or milky drinks, so I got the lemon black tea with pineapple jelly. Very good! The belt is rectangular on that one.Another favorite is the "coffee jelly" cubes.
The tea is good to drink, not too sweet. I had a iced TieGuanYin Tea Latte before, and had hot one today. They are all tasted really good but the hot drink is too small! Iced 22oz vs hot 16oz, but the price is the same! I didn’t notice that before, but I won’t order hot drink any more.
