I honestly wish I had gone to Ten50 right down the road. It's pricier, but worth it.I got the 2 meat combo plate with brisket & ribs. The brisket was dry, tough, and flavorless. The ribs had very little meat on them and were flavorless as well.I had beans and cheesy potatoes as my side. Ranch Style Beans right out of the can would have been better and the potatoes were awful. I realize this place has been in business for a while, but I can't for the life of me understand why.
I stopped in for a sliced sandwich on my way to work and it was the worse sandwich I’ve ever had. It was like the threw all the hard burnt pieces on my bun and wrapped it up. For months I’ve heard my coworkers say how nasty their food is and I couldn’t agree until about a month ago and my latest visit on Wednesday.I will never eat at this restaurant again - very disappointed. The lady that rung up my sandwich was rude and I had to tell her my order twice. Stuck to what you know - BBQ isn’t it!
Inexpensive and good. No frills, no atmosphere, no hassles, no stress, no friction. Just good food for a good price.
I bought a loaded baked potato on 11/18/21. I thought it smelled weird when I got in my car but, had to get back to work. Something told me not to eat it right then so, I didn't. I got off work went to my car and, when I opened the door my entire car recked of a very strong sour/rotten smell. The potato had sour cream, butter, cheese and, chopped meat on it so, I'm not exactly sure what it was but, I'm sure glad I went with my first mind and, didn't eat it! I threw it in the trash and, will not be eating at this place ever again. $11.00 in the trash because, folks decide not to use fresh ingredients and, actually sale food that is literally unfit to eat.
Ribs could've been more favorable. They do give nice size portions. Oh yeah I tried the rob sandwich with 2 sides ( cheese potatoes and pinto beans)
Possibly the worst BBQ I've had in my entire existence. The brisket is dry and disgusting, possibly boiled or has just been reheated five times a day for a week. Whatever it was, it wasnt fresh, smoked, or even cow(?). I wish the sauce was able to redeem this meat, but even that was below average. The sauce is watered down and just God awful, it tastes like ketchup and water. Even the potato salad reeked. I can't believe someplace could call themselves smokehouse BBQ when they've got neither smoke nor BBQ. Also, they only have Mac and cheese on Wednesdays and Fridays...God knows why. And if you're looking for corn on the cob, they don't have it.This place is an embarrassment to Texas and to all authentic smokehouses in the state.I will never even come in the nearby vicinity of this place from how appalling and unappetizing, unfulfilling, and un-BBQ this place is.0/5.

They have the best baked potatoes, that I always get the chopped brisket and extra barbeque sauce on mine. So good.
Great people and great food. Always friendly. Portion sizes are unbelievable. They pretty much stay busy so schedule your trip around the popular times to avoid the hottest club in town kind of line.
The Brisket Baked potato is my all time favorite, love it!
