Pretty good tacos! ? We ordered carne asada, trompo, and quesabirria tacos. The quesabirria tacos were super delicious and very filling! Love that dipping sauce! It got busy at lunch but people seemed to get their food very quickly, eat, then leave.
¡Comida riquísima! What a fantastic family-owned gem in Richardson. We’ve been there now four times, and every time we’ve tried something different and been super impressed each time. Their quesabirria tacos are amazing, and the trompo!?!???? So good! Their menudo on Sunday had our regular spot beat, and the churros they have are always fresh and warm. The staff is always so friendly, and they truly look like they’re enjoying running their business. The place is very clean and even has covered seating outside. We highly recommend it to anyone craving incredible Mexican food with the flavors of Nuevo León.
I came for the tacos but others in my group got the quesabirria plate and a barbacoa torta. The tacos I ordered were the trompo, crispy tripas, and barbacoa. The meats were tasty and plentiful in the tortilla, but I wish that the tortilla were a little more moist than mine came out to be. I could have used some more cilantro and onions on the side as well.This shop is tasty and close to where I live so I’m very sure I’ll be back.Their bathrooms were also very clean!
When i first drove by nuevo león i was skeptical. How can a taqueria in richardson be authentic and be able to afford paying the high rents. I was wrong. This place does a continuous stream of business which is how they will hopefully stay open while pumping out northern mexican food that i would usually have to drive to garland for.This place is legit .Trompo tacos - .99 on tuesday’s and are actually al pastor meat that is sliced off the trompo and grilled - the real dealBirria tacos - not something i’ve had before (we don’t have birria in south texas) but very tastyMachacado- if you are like me you’ve searched the metro area for real carne seca machacado and this place has it!also not pictured is the barbacoa which is good i had to put down the taco after one bite just to savor it
I have to say I’ve been to many taco establishments, and by far this is the best hands down. The tacos birria and trompo are amazing along with everything else on the menu. These guys really have this nailed down! The staff are all welcoming and the food is consistent at all locations. I Love this new location and ambience of the place. They also have a wonderful patio. Look no further and come have your Taco Fix!!
This place is so fire. We come here at least twice a month. We usually come during lunch time so it’s always packed but they do a good job at handling it. The food is so good. We usually get the quesabirria tacos. 5 out 5 for sure. Highly recommend.
A genuine Mexican taqueria spot in Richardson. Ordered the birria tacos and a barbacoa taco plate. Came with grilled onions and a couple of Chile toreado to spice it up. The tacos did not disappoint and especially with the salsa Verde and salsa rojo. I was disappointed there were not more meat choices but they do have crowd favorites barbacoa and trompo. The restaurant was clean and the servers were really nice too. Great spot of the highway and plan to come back. Would have been 5 stars but I ordered 3 churros to go and noticed only 2 in my bag when I got home. It's the small things!

This place is LIT!!! So good and the staff is so friendly. Establishment is clean and the food is reasonably priced. Taco Tuesday specials too. I will be back!! So many options to choose from but these were the trompo tacos
