Come here every Saturday, an hr drive to buy the usual meat by the pound. The usual 4 miniature cups that come with it are not enough. Requested small empty bean cup to add sauce myself notified they can keep the usual amount they add, ladies declined state they don't do that but yet sauce is free openly on tables, where they are not monitored. Canceled order not going to argue over free sauce.

These are by far the best tamales I've had in DFW. They are so delicious. I can't have egg or dairy and they were so accommodating answering all my questions to be sure the food was safe for my food allergy needs. We've been here many times and its always yummy. I tried the tamal boracho today...it was sooo spicy and delicious. I'm weak and couldn't finish it due to the spice but if you're into that, I highly recommend.

stopped by on 7/2 around 9ish, and dude at the counter was super dismissive, I asked which where the spiciest and he just started telling me all the selection they have. Made a comment about how I felt it was a rip off to their customer to sell half a dozen of tamales marked up up to almost 30% for no reason and he completely dismissed my comment and said nothing. Anywho the tamales are good.. half the size of regular tamales we make at home... but they are yummy so I will continue to support this business but I will only buy the spicy pork for a dozen, they are in my opinion the best ones in my opinion.. Regular beef ones where not so good and chicken ones where delicious too.. but spicy pork ones def. Stand out. Also the habanero sauce is sooo spicy and just perfect. Yumm! 2 star service and four star food.

First time here, highly recommended from co-workers. . IT IS FIRE !!! First time having a Barria Taco though I must admit and I will never have one anywhere else, and will prob order them the next ten times I go. Amzaing ! the Trumbo was excellent , the steak as well, the Barria a whole nother level of good and the rice is excellent. The Green Sauce hits like Mike Tyson so good.

My sister has been refining her tamale making skills for years. Recently my brother took her some tamales and salsa from this place. She told me the tamales were so good that she may as well stop making them at home. Now this was a significant statement from her so I organized a time for us to sample the tamales. I bought 3 1/2 dozen mix of what they offer and they were absolutely incredible. The green salsa is like liquid green crack. So delicious that you can't stop. They have a lot more menu items than you see on their web page and I can't wait to go there for breakfast. You should definitely try them. Best tamales I have ever tasted in my 71 years.

I have been enjoying tamales since I was a pup and I can tell you, these are the best tamales east of the Pecos River, and possibly west of it as well! No pictures! Couldn’t wait to eat them!

Baybayyyyy these tamales!!! *Chef's kiss* my favorite is the chicken Verdes but that spicy beef is on point too! The masa is flavored well and it's moist. This champurrado will have you ready to sleep after. I got a small cup and I really needed a large. It was gone before I knew it. Just order everything that your stomach sees lol

Our regular tamale place was out of tamales so I did a google search for tamales and this wonderful place showed up. The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We went in the evening a they were out of chicken tamales so we ended up getting the spicy beef tamales and the bean, cheese and jalapeño tamales. These guys did it right. A lot of times these sort of commercialized tamale places make their tamales to be 80% masa because it’s cheaper than meat. It’s very disappointing when you open up a big tamale and it’s just dough with a tiny bit of filling. The masa had a good flavor and it had a good masa to filling ratio. You definitely have to try the bean, cheese and jalapeño tamales because they are legit!!!

Went here today for the first time and will definitely not be the last. The Tamales are amazing and can’t wait for my next trip to try out more.

I have been searching for the perfect tamale and Tamaleria Nuevo is by far the best tamales, I've had. Full of flavor and fresh and made right.. Don't tell my wife but I am in love with these tamales.
