So glad we found this place!(We stumbled upon this little restaurant after receiving no service at a place a few doors down) I had the hottest green sauce I've had in a while on a breakfast taco named Polanco. I recommend you dab your pinky in it to taste it beforehand. My friend had the Matador breakfast taco. Both are YUMMY. Staff friendly and prompt. We will be back soon!
I would consider myself a picky eater because although I try everything… I will rarely finish my food because I’m never fully satisfied by the taste or looks. I never have an issue finishing everything here tho! Anyway, this is my favorite spot in Richardson. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. The people are very kind and attentive. It came as a surprise with how great they were.
I remember coming here a few years ago when it was order-at-the-counter. It's now sit-down dining with a server.Chips and salsa were excellent, though our second basket of chips was a little greasy. Tacos were delicious. Would be nice if breakfast tacos were served all day like most taco places do, rather than cutting them off at 11:00. And if someone does come in just before 11:00, the server shouldn't have to go back to the kitchen to ask if it's still okay to order them.Server seemed confused at the idea of bringing change for $5 so that I could tip him. Probably needs a little extra training on how to handle that.Overall, good experience. Will come back.
Great breakfast tacos and fast service. The owner help me decide what would be good and turned out to be just what i wanted. If i was in the area again id be sure to stop here to try lunch or dinner. The mixture of ingredients where perfect for any pallet
Prices are great! Two people two drinks and two plates only $35...I've spent that same amount on just myself for less food....love the servers and the vibes. Food is delicious!! Fish tacos are soooo good!! And the fact that I sent only 3 bucks on a mimosa....hell yeah.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. My wife and I are vegan. The menu has multiple vegan options that are all delicious. It's great to have multiple options that are specifically listed as vegan on the menu rather than having to modify a menu item and hoping they get it right. The price is a bit higher than you might expect for something such as tacos, but the fresh ingredients that are well prepared make it worth the money. One thing to note is that this review is specifically for the Richardson location. We have tried two of the other locations with less consistent results. I highly recommend Taco Ocho Richardson.
The Tripleta and Ocho Stack were both delicious! Friendly staff and clean restaurant.
The food was very bland. At the price point of $3-$4 dollars per taco, I expect more in the way of flavor and seasoning. The portion size was nice and the staff was friendly though.
Me and my boyfriend really had a great experience here, definitely a hidden gem. Waitress was very friendly. The chips and salsa was also amazing along with our entrees! Will be back.
Had the pleasure of trying breakfast at Taco Ocho. Huevos Rancheros were terrific, Coffee was cuban and best I have tasted in the area. Highly recommend in the DFW area
