We used to visit this location a lot before COVID and it was one of the best TC's in the area. This was our first time back in 2 years. We waited in the drive thru for 5 mins before being asked to pull ahead. No worries, 2 salads and 2 quesadillas, it won't be long. 13 mins later they brought us our food. When they brought it out, no "sorry for the wait" but we got asked "what else do you want?". I felt bad for the kid, because the look on my face was a look of bewilderment.
I have been a long-time frequent customer of Taco Cabana in Plano and Dallas locations. But recently I have observed a serious decrease in the quality of service and appearances of the restaurants. I know the COVID pandemic has hurt many businesses but Taco Cabana I think has not put forth any effort to keep their customers by offering good service. I accept that prices will increase but when they do it is hoped the service provided will return to what it once was. On my last visit hoping to find things have returned to my disappointment, they have worsened.
They have margaritas all day, every day! The nachos and sopapillas are good.
Service is immediate and spectacular. The margaritas are delicious, almost as delicious as the freshly made Tortillas.
We love taco cabana, but half the time we have missing items in our order.

food took awhile but they admitted they forgot us so they're self aware ❤️ staff was sweet as cherry pie ?
No wait the food was great it was a lot of it and as usual people are short staffed so they kind of forget something so orders if you don't people watch. They forgot my taco but the guy quickly made it.
Always great breakfast tacos, and this location has a quick, friendly drive-thru
