What's the point in having curbside pickup if they don't answer the phone and you have to walk in?
Subway employee called the police on me. The wheat bread tasted horrible, I was offered my money back or a different sandwich. The employee proceeded to tell me all of the bread was going to taste the same. Employee got mad and asked me why I was getting an attitude when I repeated "all of the bread is going to taste the same"? She then refused to make me another sandwich, I said "I don't live in baghdad", meaning spit in my face verbally then tell me to leave a franchise that you don't own. She grabbed the phone and called the police. Then proceeded to lie to police and tell them I wouldn't leave, she hadn't given me my money back. So I waited, the police walk in, spoke to the officer, requested a police report #, he wouldn't give me one, I took my refund from the counter and left. This happended at 7:00 o' clock, September 19th, 2021.I am contacting the owner as well as the corporation.YOU DO NOT CALL THE POLICE ON CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIKE THEIR SANDWICH AND WANT A NEW ONE. YOU DO NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS. YOU DO NOT TELL LIES TO THE POLICE BECAUSE YOU THINK THE OUTCOME WILL BE BETTER FOR YOU. YOU DO NOT TELL ME I WANTED TO RETURN THE SANDWICH DUE TO THE LOCATION IN PLANO, WHERE I WAS JUST AT, COULD NOT BREAK MY $100 BILL.DEAR OWNER: You might as well throw this location in the trash if Kid Bop is running it.

I love this Subway.For the last 8 years I have eaten here usually 4-6 times a month and usually two sandwiches at a time….Usually about 60 bucks a month or so.....The people here are very nice and professional.The quality is always outstanding.I cannot eat at Subway any longer with Megan Rapinoe, as your spokesperson.She hates my values and now I bring peanut butter and jelly Sandwiches to work.Good news is I only spent 720.00 @ this Subway in 2020, I am sure the new advertisements will drive in much more business than your loss of my revenue.Best,P.S. I always got two Spicy Italian sandwiches toasted….
I'm sure the store itself is great but Keep an eye on your receipts after paying coz one cashier would unknowingly add a tip. The cashier added a $1.57 tip for a $7.89 purchase. I even took a picture of the receipt. If I added a dollar on his tip jar then he would have gotten a 2.57 tip from me. I don't mind giving a tip unless it's stolen from me.
Great Subway. Customer service was excellent and manager gave us free cookies for no reason. Will be back!
Horrible subway, burned my sandwich and had to re-make it then my second sandwich was toasted but the meat was ice cold. How can you toast bread but nothing else on the sandwich? Thanks for ruining my lunch, also the employees speak broken English. Go here if you want ice cold sandwiches and have no ability to speak to the employees
