Staycation coffee : A comforting, relaxing and most peaceful coffee place I’ve ever come across❤️..Im glad to have found this place online, just like the name it’s an old 1940s house converted recently into a cafe. You’d find everything from a living room to a kitchen to a backyard that has a great seating for events. I would love to spend my workdays at a serene place as @staycationcoffeeNeedless to say their coffee was amazing. Me and my husband tried an americano and a latte, both were subtle but very flavorful.
Great coffee, friendly service, yummy gluten-free bakery choices, and relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. What more could you ask for in a coffee shop? Only that they could afford to stay open past 2 p.m. But just glad to have a REAL coffee shop in downtown Richardson!
Cute little house remodeled into a coffee shop! They also have seating outside on the back porch and a large backyard that has picnic tables. Also, parking is no issue since there is a large lot right next to the shop.
Best local coffee shop! Owner and staff are amazing! Best prices…whether on the go or enjoying time with family and friends… and a great spot for your meeting! We ♥️ Staycation!!
I love to support local businesses, and decided to try this place out today! We came during lunch time and it was packed which is a great sign for the business. I ordered an iced late with regular milk and no sugar, a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. $14.26 was my total and my bagel came out in a bag with a little Togo container of cream cheese -REGULAR CREAM CHEESE NOT WHIPPED. The coffee was decent but bagel is a big disappointment! I’m sorry but I don’t think I’ll be back here anytime soon. It’s way too pricy for the area and not even reasonable.
Cozy and warm welcoming place with good coffee, hidden gem for me. Instantly fell in love. This place has a patio where I was able to sit and enjoy coffee with my furry friend, Louie. Really want to keep this place for myself, but will share with my dearest friends.
So precious! Excited we have a cute coffee shop on the east side of 75 in Richardson. The breakfast quiche was great. Support local coffee shops!
I want to love this place so bad... it is very close to my home, the staff are nice, the place is unique. It is like a cozy home that is super clean and comfortable. Their variety of bread/sweets are pretty good too. But I don't like the coffee :( The first time I ordered it to go. It tasted sour, weak and watery. Not coffee enough for me. I really thought it was a mistake, so I gave it a second try. I sat there trying to enjoy it. Still the same weak watery coffee :(. So I guess it is just not my taste. But I am glad that they were packed, apparently different people like different coffee, and I hope they will stay in business!
Super cute coffee shop! The baristas were super personable and sweet. The ambiance was very relaxing and welcoming. I got a lot of work done, and my coffee and banana bread were wonderful.Highly recommend the ginger and turmeric latte!
I'm in the area visiting from out of state. Airbnb didn't have a way to make coffee so i found this cute little place close by. Coffee is delicious, bagels are delicious, staff is very friendly and listened to me ramble about my travels. Definitely get your coffee to hang out a while because there is a lot of cozy places to sit. Bonus is they have oat milk as a milk substitute. I would come back if I'm ever in the area
