Casher was very rude african american lady and she cannot even understand simple order at all.
Person who took my order was rude. She repeated my name correctly and decided to put a man’s name to, I guess ‘troll’ me. I’m a new student to UTD so now I know that it’s best to avoid at this location at this point.
Most of the time the coffee is super bad. The staffs are usually rude, except one or two. Most of them do not know either the price or the name of the drink.I am here in US from 2017, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Only reason to go there is that it is inside the campus. One great experience I had there is that they took around 30 minutes to make Cafe Misto !!!! Horrible place
Less than average drinks, and understaffed most of the times. It makes up for a cheaper price when you purchase with a Comet Card. If you want a better drink, go to Northside Starbucks.I forgot to mention that lots of sandwiches and NCB are out of stock all the time.
Why you not have a decaf coffee? I could not get a decaf coffee since August ? bad service bad management. I do not want to say awake all night.
Subpar services, Food needs an upgrade ?. I know you are near a college, however, there are executive meetings in the area. Thank you.
I ordered a Frappuccino and noticed it had an awful smell to it. Couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from, took it back and explain how the drink smelled really bad. A staff worker smelled it and said he didn’t see anything wrong but that he’d make another one. He gave me the new drink, and as soon as I tasted the chocolate syrup on top, it had the most awful, sour expired taste ever and I realized that’s where the horrible smell was coming from. I have never had such a bad experience with any Starbucks in all my years going there. The workers should be more attentive to hygiene and making sure the products they are selling are fresh. If someone brings a drink back, it’s probably a good idea to check your products instead of claiming that your products are “fresh” without checking.
This is a great value version of an actual Starbucks. You can’t even scan for reward points at this location. And the fact that we have to pay for a cup of water is a joke. We pay thousands in tuition and we can’t even get a cup of tap water????
Spacious with a peaceful environment. If you want coffee close to campus I recommend this Starbucks over the one that is directly on campus less crowded and lines are small.
Terrible service. I asked for no ice once and they gave me my drink nearly filled to the brim with ice, and the second time i asked for no ice they gave me a half-filled cup. The whole point of asking for no ice is so you can get more of the drink. Also, customer service just isn’t great and they’re always out of a lot of stuff (even when you go early in the day) so I never end up getting what I actually want to get. It’s just a real waste of money going to this location.
