Very clean establishment and nice baristas! The location near me was out of stock on certain items, so I traveled to this store. They made my drink perfectly. I can see myself coming back.
Me and my husband come here every day and some days there’s rookie mistakes being made. Today was the icing on the cake for me. Yesterday I got a salted caramel cold brew with a extra shot and salted Carmel cold foam it was delicious. Today I sent my husband to get the same thing and he comes back with black cold brew coffee that didn’t look like my drink from yesterday he said they said that’s how it comes and it’s cheaper that way. No that’s not because I just got this drink yesterday if someone ask for something you make it that way!!! He had to go back up there to get it fixed because he didn’t know!!! Train y’all’s baristas betterWell two days in a row my husband has asked for a iced Carmel macchiato and they give him hot both times!! Who ever is working morning shift needs to pay a little more attention to the orders!

This Starbucks is always clean, organized and well stocked. The best part about this store is the staff. they go out of their way to make you feel important and valued. I go out of my way to go to this store and will continue to do so.
The experience was horrible. They messed up my double shot I told the artist she forgot my half and half and vanilla and she put it in another cup. There I was thinking she remade the drink so I accepted it, she then ended up forgetting the other drink I ordered. I went to chug my double shot and it was straight cream ? the store wasn’t busy to that is a plus and it was pretty clean. Workers were ight.

Customer service is subpar, drinks were not mixed properly and add ins that were paid for were not in the drink. They’re also always out of something. Never again.

Starbucks, which I've come to know as mediocre in every facet of their existence; service, product quality, cleanliness and faulty repair.... Surprised me in a great way at this location. The cashier/barrista, KP, was friendly, fast and able to make a disappointing situation (they were out of lemonade for my matcha lemonade order) a pleasant one by offering a cold water and a truly empathetic apology. The lobby and bathroom were cleaner than I expect from a Starbucks. Starbucks needs to recognize this employee for making a difference!
