I went to this sonic yesterday and only ordered 2 small sonic blasts. The order total was $8.64. I gave the lil gal my credit card and a tip. I begin to drive away and my bank alerts me of the charge, however it came through as $14.04. $5.40 more than what the ticket read!! They have not refunded my money! I have to wait for the general manager to talk about this. The manager on duty looked at her phone and she claimed it just shows the $8.64 total. How can you see the cash register total on your phone! However my bank shows $14.04. I used my card for other purchases later on during the day and not one had a different total on the receipts! Someone is skimming money from customers thinking they won't see! TRUST,PEOPLE TRUST!!! Noone is honest anymore! DON'T GO TO THIS SONIC!!

Worst sonic ever!Excuse me for being a Karen, but I believe it’s warranted…It takes them 23 minutes to deliver one shake and a coke. It took me that long to figure out how to do a ZERO star rating for this review. And the coke had a lemon with mold on it :/When I click the order button, it’s takes them 20 mins to answer!!! A huge let down, disconnected with Sonic’s core values and entirely Unacceptable!!!With all due respect, likely, there’s homeless people in the area who would be thankful for a job opportunity and who would offer a highly more effective and diligent customer service experience in a much more efficient way!

Just visited this location. The cashier taking our order had a negative attitude while taking our order. When we arrived home my husband opened his gravy and discovered this white liquid with the viscosity of water (not an exaggeration). He called to make them aware of the issue and they didn't offer to replace the gravy or any form of compensation. They did however apologize ?

I ordered via the mobile app. I checked in upon arrival. Kiosk stated carhop was headed out with my order. After sitting there 20 minutes with no acknowledgement of me, I pressed the call button. I informed them my issue and was then told that they were out of burger patties. (I ordered a burger and chicken strips)strip. I asked for 2 orders of straps since I couldn't get my burger. I sat there another 5 minutes only to get cinnasnacks. I pressed the button to let them know my order was wrong. I sent that back and waited another few minutes. If I order via the app again, it will not be to this location

Horrible. It was 10:42 and they took forever to get to me. She told me that they can only make drinks. I'm pretty sure they are just lazy because they want to close. I've never hear of them tell one what they can choose from. Pure laziness.

This location is 5 star during the day shift. The food is good and fresh and the staff is always pleasant. Night shift is the exact opposite and it's such a shame. I'm not even going to detail how sorry they are because whoever owns this location knows and refuses to do anything about it. I've been coming here for 3 years and night shift is always disappointing.

Food is usually decent. I usually stop here to get a snack after shopping at the Target near by, but after I ordered no one showed up, so I just left. I think they're understaffed. Hopefully that's the reason no one came.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. Had to wait 20 plus minutes for two drinks and two snacks. Multiple cars parked around me came way after I ordered and left almost immediately after the order was placed. Employees when walking back into the kitchen look in my direction and smile and giggle as if I'm part of a joke.

Laquia or Lakia, not sure how to spell her name, was extremely rude. It’s a fast food restaurant so I don’t expect 5 star service, but I do expect at least a little bit of courtesy. There’s absolutely no need.

Cheesecake blast shake was nice, they missed my cherry lol... Size is good and the flavors are yummy...
