Dear Management, visited this location today May 9th at 10:30PM. It says you close at 11PM. I hit the red button, and received a rude response from a woman. The response I got was “I am closing in 5 minutes” and was completely ignored after that. As a customer that visits this location quite a bit. I am extremely disappointed. This is not how customers or anyone should be treated period.
I stop at this location because it's close to home, but service seems to get worse every time I visit. From people taking orders incorrectly, getting the entire order wrong, Diet Dr. Pepper almost always out and getting cold food....this last time may have been the last. The sign outside advertises Brown Bag Special for $9.99, the amount that shows up on the order screen, yet charged an additional$2. It's $2 right, no big deal, but if you're going to advertise a special, it's probably a good idea to honor the price. Carhops are hit or miss but the ones who are good...are really good. I won't even go in to how my app orders get ruined. Honestly, I'll still probably come here because it's near home....but come on. Do better. I worked for Sonic for 4 years, I know what it's like when you're short staffed, but this is a service you're providing.
The girl at the window asked us for a tip. I literally had just came the day before and my order was wrong so tipping wasn’t on my mind. So here I am being asked for a tip and AGAIN my order is wrong. What am I tipping for? You literally took my order and got it wrong.
Went yesterday. All the employees were arguing with each other. Waited for 20 minutes after they had taken my $ (all I ordered were 2 drinks) I finally just called the store and asked them to give me my $ back and the girl came out and threw the $ in my window and laughed as she walked away. Worse experience ever!
I ordered mozzarella sticks and didn't get them had to re-order and they weren't fresh I also ordered a supersonic borrito and instead got a meat and cheese borrito then when I re-ordered my super sonic and I had to wait 45 minutes then never got it,and tater tots were hard. All they could say was idk what to tell you we don't have a cook.
Walked up at 1030 a full 30 minutes before closing. Pushed the red button and no one would take my order. Could hear the employees on the speaker using foul language and ignoring me. Terrible service
Poor service. Waited long time to place order, but eventually drove off. Braums next door is a better option.
The food was great, however service was slow. Only 2 people working on a Friday night? They were trying, just to much for 2.
Hadn't had a fast food burger in sometime so when I had the hankering I wanted something different and as I'd never had a sonic burger before I was well pleased with it! The fries were quite over salted but the crispyness was great! Definitely worth a junk food fix here and there.
Very very slow no matter what time of day or what it us you order. However, they have improved from their 30 min+ wait time to about 20 mins.
