Husband and I were looking for something different to try. We stood at the entry for 5 minutes, when a server came near grabbed a seating chart and walked away. We finally discovered we seat ourselves. First table was sticky with old soda stuck on it, the next table just had crumbs on it. We picked a bigger table, looked clean, but after we ordered saw 2 dead flies and gnats flying around the pepper and salt shakers.Our sever was great. We ordered fired mushrooms, those were amazing. We both got country fried steak, salad and mashed potatoes. The steak was over fried, it was like beef jerky. I cut probably half off because it was so dry. The salad very fresh and good. Garlic mashed potatoes also good.Most likely we won't be back, nothing but the mushrooms would make me want to come back. :(
How do you burn a simple grilled chicken sandwich?! Picked it up on lunch,got home both sides of the chicken breast was charred along with the bun. I called back up there and was told they put a glaze on the chicken that could have possibly made it brown quicker. I honestly didn't care because my lunch was ruined. I went back after I got off to have them remake my order. I explain the problem to a staff member and the lady agreed to remake the order. 5min later she came back to ask me for proof of purchase. Mind you I brought the food back in the same bag I picked it up in. This was an online order so the receipt was stapled to the outside of the bag with my name,order, time,and amount paid. So why did I have to show her my email confirmation of the order?? And why didn't she ask for it initially??
I've been coming here for YEARS and YEARS, and today was the WORST food, service, and everything that I've ever received/experienced. The waiter was awkward and slow and never brought me (personally) another drink. He added onto the ticket that we wanted our fries "extra crispy" when absolutely none of us asked for that??? The fries were terrible, and even the burgers were crispy, burnt, and extremely overseasoned. My burger barely had toppings on it... I don't know what it is that changed here, but it's definitely not for the better.
Loaded cheddar fries with bacon, cheese, and jalapenos, dipped in ranch dressing are a must! Best cheddar fries anywhere. Burgers are good, everyone should try this place!Update:. Went in for the state fair food. We ordered one of each. We liked the fried bacon, frito chili pie nachos and fried oreos! Least favorite were the mini corny dogs with chili. Get soggy fast!Update:. Back yesterday for more delicious cheddar fries loaded and split a burger! Good as ever!
Anne N was a great server who always followed up on bar drinks and refills! Chicken nachos were excellent and so was the chicken fried steak! I'd stay away from the Caesar Salad tho...
For the price I expected just a touch more from their burgers. They were a little bland compared to something like LA Burger which is down the street and half the price per person.Their cheese fries were pretty good. Overall just meh. My server was fantastic though.
We ate at the Richardson store and found the fried mushrooms to salty and over cooked. In the past they were very good. The fried onion had a hard batter on them and was not good. They were good in the past. Must be a new cook and they need a new one. Burger was also cold

The second visit was not the charm. The family had visited before and I felt it was over priced, bad service with inferior food quality. With visitors in from out of town, Snuffers was one of the options at hand so better the devil you know. The place is located in a strip mall with many other food businesses. There is plenty of parking around but be careful if you have a SUV due to door slams by other cars.. The place has an Applebee's feel to it with a strong sports theme. We sat down and waited for our server who only showed up to take our order and two more times. Just like our previous experience the customer service is bad. The menu is simple and not complex. You'd think this would allow better quality of food yet that is not true. We ordered the traditional burger, nachos, chicken strips and chili fries. Look if you want a tried and tested formula, go to Applebee's the food here was not good. The nachos were warm but burnt? How? I don't need to go further. I feel great place for beers and a game not for family dinner especially at $53 plus tip.
