When you say you open at 630 then open at posted time.
FIRST TIME INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED, or even SPOKE TO when I entered the store, extremely HOT on the inside, I spoke 3 times and not a response!! VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The 3 young ladies has VERY BAD ATTITUDES!!!!! Will NOT BE BACK
I've been to this location at least 4 times and my drinks have not been made properly. Customer service... ???
I wrote a previous review that Smoothie King did not want to post. Essentially their employees blare unedited music in this store. I also left a complaint via their website with the code to my receipt. The F word was blaring when I entered the store and they were talking about women in a derogatory fashion.
I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they had already closed the store. If you have a closing time that should be when the store closes, not whenever the employees feel like.
Good smoothies but the staff isn’t nice.
Never again why did I have to pull up! I ordered online! Came to pick up my drink! They hand me two water down drinks! Not smoothies! Finally came out with my drink and they are Horrible!!
I have been there a few times, but my last to experience were terrible. Waited in the drive thru for about 15 min while other cars received their orders after telling me to hold on. Then on today, after a couple of drinks it had plastic string in it. Neither time did I get an apology.
Was not able to purchase Smoothie being that Cash was not being accepted 15 mins prior to Closing time. I explained that was my only method of payment but your Employee Ariel did not care. I left with no Smoothie being able to be purchased. If that was the case that Money is no longer accepted after a certain period of time, why not disclose it at the speaker when your Customer is ordering so if that IS the case not place the order, Have to wait, and just be Blindsided by it at the window instead? When ready to pay. Did not like how your Employee handled the situation. I think Mr. Kim your CEO would be disappointed by it as well. Especially for a such a long time loyal Customer like me. Used to come here at this location all the time; Not anymore.
