Props to Allen! Friendly, welcoming, and willing to make menu suggestions and ultimately help me customize a great smoothie. Sorry smoothie king but the menu is way too loaded with added fruit juices extra sweeteners etc. that are needed. Let the magic of the fresh fruit and veggies work for us. You don’t find a lot of young kids like Allen giving such a great customer service these days. I hope the company takes good care of this young man!

I love Smoothie King, but if your website and Google maps says the store is open until 10pm, then you should be open until 10pm. I stopped by at about 8:15pm and the store was closed (3/21/2022). If you close earlier than 10pm the times need to be fixed on your website.
I love that I can get a vegan chocolate banana shake with stevia, taste so good but no sugar or dairy ?
I came in on 11/3/21 with some coworkers to grab a few smoothies. The employee was in the back and took her time coming to the front (older Latina woman). When she came out she was slow in taking my order and when I went to redeem a coupon for a smoothie sample she asked which of the two I wanted. I stated that I wanted the regular orange and she asked which of the two I wanted again. She then started to act like I was annoying her and rolled her eyes when I told her that I just wanted the regular smoothie. This is unacceptable. Especially when I am a regular customer who in part pays her wages. If you don't want to work or don't have any customer service skills then you shouldn't work in customer service.
I usually use the mobile order feature to cut down on the hassle. I proceed to pick my smoothie up, today and the worker there asked “Is that your name?” As if I am incompetent. I’ve been to this particular Smoothie King location quite a few times and I’ve NEVER heard of the cashiers/smoothie handlers ask other customers to verify their name or make them feel as of they are “stealing” someone else’s smoothie. Today, I felt like I needed to show identification to pick up a paid drink. Is this normal process? Is identification needed to purchase or pick up mobile orders. Are we to verify our drinks with the drink handlers?
Poor service and terrible tasting manago and strawberry smoothie I have ever had.
I seriously believe that this company needs to rename themselves "Watery King" because that's truly all I ever taste. Their smoothies are incredibly inconsistent. Mind you, these are not cheap smoothies and I pay $7 sometimes 9 dollars per smoothie. I basically use to come everyday to get the same thing, 32 oz Caribbean Way. I even started adding extra Papaya to hopefully taste more of the ingredients but that doesn't help at all.You might find an employee that knows how to make the drink correctly but for the most part I always have to ask them to remake it & sometimes its better than the last but still not right. I might still come on Fridays but definitely not everyday anymore.
Always clean and fast. The guy that waited on me even made sure that I liked my smoothie before giving it to me. Always will return! ☺️
