Came here for the first time, wasn't too crowded, service was fast. My BF and I were expecting cute smiley lids and cups as other posts showed but that was not the case. The drinks were good, boba quantity was less than at other places and it wasn't requested as such. May try them again in the future to see if they change my mind.
So lucky to have found this spot! Delicious boba! Amazing and super kind customer service! They recommended the lavender milk tea as it is their best seller and it is sooo good! Will be back! Super cute spot too!
They tried, but I don't think the communication piece was there. I get the feeling they specialize in fruit ice teas not milk teas. They had plenty of interesting menu choices but it was a fail on milk tea for me
I got their taro milk tea and it was okay but the customer service was poor. The employees were rude and had an attitude. The inside is very cute though and clean and they had lots of options for their drinks. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back because of the customer service.
Big fan of this women, POC-owned store. They regularly offer new seasonal flavors of bubbles teas. The owner is very welcoming and cares a lot about her business and the community. The lavender colored aesthetic is relaxing, and they always have amazing music playing. Great furniture to relax or do work, and the vibe is chill in a very enjoyable social way.
This is our favorite boba place. We love it! My son says he loves it more than Starbucks!

Actually a very nice ,clean, friendly and delicious place. Always make me the best mango peach smoothie with popping mangoes. Place deserves more recognition than it gets.
I am very new to this area and my husband had spotted this cute Bobba place.I was so excited I went yesterday, and the drink she made was good. So I went back today to grab my husband one... well Smiley Cup was not so smiley today. Attitude from both the young lady and the older one, but mainly the older one.When I got in my vehicle and tasted the drinks I notice this bubble was gummy like. I went back in to see if she could help me figure out what exactly i ordered because it was so good. and she just was smacking her lips, took her mask off and basically huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf. I watched her remake my drink and i notice she puts ICE in it bc she did not want to fill it up!Even when i said Thank You, she was still huffing and puffing.Personally I wouldn't go back I rather spend my money elsewhere, I don't giving my hard earned money to people who have P O O R customer service skills. and Smiley Cup is defiantly not a place full of Happy Faces.
This is our first time trying Smiley Cup and we loved it! The Mango slush with mango bobas is amazing, we will most definitely go back.
