I placed a delivery order using the restaurant’s app and received a message indicating that there may have been a problem with the order. I called and they verified that they did receive it. After about an hour, I tried calling the restaurant to check the status of the order and got a message saying that they were unable to take my call. After several tries with the same result, I went to the store and my order was waiting and evidently had been for a while. When I told the manager that it was a delivery order and suggested that they speak to their delivery service, he said it wasn’t his problem and that they have no control over the drivers. He said that I must’ve messed up placing the order and something about picking a delivery service. Nowhere in the app did I have an option of selecting a delivery service. The manager basically told me it was my problem. I’ve had good experiences dining in at this location but don’t place an order for delivery. If I could’ve rated it negative stars, I would’ve because of the way the manager handled it.
Quick pick up order for two people. Both sandwiches and drinks purchased a hair overpriced, but not terrible with most competitors, [although wanted "brisket burger" and it seemed way overpriced$ ]. Also got regular fries, sweet potato fries, and tater tots - (1) of each, and ALL (3) were Not edible, bc there was WAY TOO MUCH salt put on all of them. I'd go again, but only if they significantly reduce the amount of salt they use.
Ordered 2 large Smash fries got one medium and one lard and super cold. And had to re do my order coz initially when I ordered smash Fries they gave me regular ones !?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️*5.22.2022Orderd their 3piece spicy tender Med combo with shake and extra smash Fries to go!!! Got double charged for the shake and took me 15 to 19 minutes to resolve the over charge coz the manager kept telling me that's the price 18.99 for a combo of 3piece chicken strips ???♂️?♂️They need to get trained properly on their billing system and again this happend that I was given regular small COLD smash Fries instead of 1med fresh smash Fries ?♂️?♂️?♂️ they NEVER learn ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️
This smashburger location in Richardson Texas was amazing. The employees were incredibly polite and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure you had whatever you needed. The smoked brisket bacon burger was nuts it was ridiculously tasty and more gourmet than I had expected. It was cooked perfectly the cheese was melted perfectly and the garlic fries were a perfect match
Had heard of this spot before, but never visited. Cousin told me it was a different style of burgers - smashed technique. Came to try it out for the first time. Location closest to us was about 20mins away in Richardson near City Line. Burgers were great and very flavorful. One can make distinction between ingredients. Got the one with brisket and it was delicious. Good size for the price as well. Tator tots and fries weren't anything extraordinary and were a little on the oily/greasy side. Service from staff was great. Will definitely visit again.
I ordered and paid for a bacon cheese burger but received a basic cheese burger. My order sat under the heat lamp for 5 minutes before the guy asked my name. This guy wiped his nose and proceeded to bag food.
I enjoy the burgers here, however I was a little frustrated with your online ordering system. You can remove sauces on your burger, however there is no mustard option. Really? Lots of people like mustard on their burgers. You have truffle mayo but no mustard?Luckily I ordered from my car and walked right in to ask for mustard. The gentleman who helped me (manager perhaps?) was very nice and accommodating, and repeated my exact order, and then relayed it on Spanish to the cooks, and it still came out with all the sauces instead of mustard. So I had to return it (luckily I chose to eat in). I nibbled on my tots while I waited. Third time burger was very good, but actually still had onions on it which I did not ask for. I would still return, however getting orders right seems to be a challenge for the staff at this location. At least the manager was really nice and helpful. Please add mustard to the condiment choices on your online ordering - and special instructions would be helpful as well.
Service is a little slow but worth it. Tasty fresh burgers.
I've been coming to this location at least once a week since their grand opening. The food and service has always been spectacular... until recently. The last four times I've been here, including today, the service absolutely sucks, took 25 minutes to get my food (I was the only customer in the building) Bacon was ice cold, buns we're ice cold, and my food sat on the counter after it was ready for at least 5 minutes. I may be in the market for a new favorite burger joint
I had a phenomenal experience. The food was tasty and came out fast. The store was also very clean, and they had great costumer service. 10/10 experience. If you are looking for a place to get a good burger, come here.
