Outstanding food and the staff is Jonny on the spot. Have been here several times and never had a bad experience. Would recommend stopping by.
Gumbo had no flavor. Atmosphere was good. As was service. Would have been nice to order some sides. My booth seat was badly worn
Absolutely worse place for crawfish. Paid 80$ for bland “Cajun fries”, crawfish disgustingly bland and weird tasting… shrimp overcooked to where she’ll stick to them while peeling… when asked for more sauce or seasoning, waitress asked if wanted the leftover boil water used for their crawfish…like uhm..no…Poor thing, she was ready trying so not faulting her..she was amazing, simply the food here is bland and lackluster…DO NOT COME HERE.
Awesome Cajun food, shrimp and catfish is really good, drinks are strong and our waitress Paige was super attentive and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back. All around great place for some Cajun food.
It was very good and our server Maddy was nice and attentive to us. I'd say the crawfish could use a little more seasoning but luckily our server suggested using the spice at the table.
Came in on Fat Tuesday, called early to ask if we needed reservations & was told no we should be fine. Show up and we’re seated after a short wait, order drinks & get them & then we don’t see a server for another 20+ min. Server comes back & says all food will be over a 2 hour wait, including appetizers. Absolutely insane, we would’ve never sat down if we were informed of that in the first place.
My boyfriend and I came in for dinner around 9:45, we sat ourselves down as the instructions told us to do and 15 minutes go by with even our server, Hannah, acknowledging us. From the start she seemed very irritated and that she did not want to be there, rushing us as we order and even trying to take off before we finished ordering. Including our table there were about 4 tables total and it still took 10 minutes just to grab another dr pepper for us. After she dropped us off our food we did not see her for 20 minutes, also she got my order wrong and didn’t come back so i couldn’t even inform her. When we got the food the jambalaya was bland, the shrimp in it was obviously not fresh, the fried catfish tasted like it was old, and the red beans and rice had no seasoning and was watered down, not to mention inside of the fried catfish we found a some kind of stretchy string material, and also in the jambalaya we found what looked like a stick. She never came back to check on us after we got our food and everything was so bad we barely touched it and just walked up to the bar and asked to tab out. We ended up getting mcdonald’s instead, overall a really bad experience with that being with the service, the food, and the environment (the tables were filthy) .
I cannot for the life of me figure out why a party of 7 could not be served when the entire restaurant itself was pretty much empty. The waitress who told us we couldn’t stay was pretty rude; and basically told us the table that we were attempting to sit at was being held for 70 ‘poker players’ and that there were only two servers available. I guess you don’t want your automatic gratuity, huh? I did appreciate the fact that a gentleman approached us (the manager?) in the parking lot and attempted to salvage the situation. Thanks, but we were already set on going to an establishment who will gladly accept our business. ✌? 1/2 star
Was there for dinner, 2 adults and 2 kids. Food was bland, oysters were good. One of our items never came out, mac & cheese at that, if you're out say that instead we got the run around that the kitchen forgot it. Service started out fine, but after we got our food, seems like our servers boyfriend showed up and she sat with him the entire time. She juggled tables and the boyfriend in each pass.The crab meat was non existent was more cheese and batter. Weird combination.Then the credit card surcharge, ridiculous!
Interesting place... good food not a large selection of beer on tap or a wide selection of liquor. Service was nice
