MashaAllah everything is perfect. The best Shawarma I ever had in the USA.The place is nice and clean
Very disappointed. Order rice platter. Burnt rice, beef pieces hard/crusty…chix pieces dried/stale. My first and last time there. This restaurant is 2 minutes from my place but I rather drive 30 minutes to get better service and Shawarma.
Ordered fried chicken it was made to order. Food is good but lady at front definitely needs to find another job she loves because she was rude and had an attitude like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. When i asked what kind of drinks they offer? Her answer "soda fridge is there you can check what drinks we have and let me know what drink you want " its not customers job to know what drink you offer or have. I will not be spending my money at place that has no respect for customers.Gave it 2 stars because of food0 star for customer service and attitide
Absolute worst experience ever! These ppl do not know how to run a restaurant. The girl manning the cash register is rude and has zero customer service skills and is also a liar. She was busy flirting with the lazy and extremely slow line cooks in the back. I literally waited 30min for few pieces of their fried chicken, and the order still wasn’t ready. Then I realized they started to make the order after 30min. The guys at the back running the kitchen are extremely slow and have no sense of urgency and damn care attitude to their customers. These people simply do not care. Multiple customers have complained about their terrible customer service and horrible food. Multiple customers have gotten sick from eating their horribly prepared food. These people must be reported.
The chicken shawarma sandwich was delicious and looked/tasted about the same as the ones I used to eat in Amman. The restaurant was nice and clean and the service was great too. Overall I am glad I found such a tasty shawarma sandwich here in Dallas, and look forward to returning soon.
Located in the heart of little Arabia (downtown Richardson) Shawarma factory is a nice, clean, family run restaurant serving tasty, healthy, fresh Middle-Eastern fast food. We tried a variety of things on the menu and everything was great. And did I mention that they have a bucket of fried chicken... not colonel Sanders, it's more like general Arafat's....You gotta try this place!
I had a bad shawarma experience there, we went to arabi ifranji two weeks ago and the shawarma was so salty and tasted weird, It wasn’t my first time to try it as I went there couple of months ago but it was so good I don’t know what happened but I don’t think I’ll go there again! I hope they will be better soon.

The place is really good, we ordered beef shawarma family meal.It was great, one of the tastiest shawarmas I’ve ever had.I can’t wait to go back whenever I’m in Dallas again!
