Two young guy were so rude on June 30 2022. They have known that english is my second language but they did not try to understand what i said.They have pretended to not understanding. I have never gone anywhere like this place.
Friendly staff and delicious drink. They helped me pick the right flavor. It had been a long time since I had Hokkaido or Okinawa, but couldn’t remember which I liked more. Chose right tonight.
I always go here and it’s delicious every time I go! The only time they messed up was because of the cup holders. I was walking to my car with 4 drinks in the cup holder. Then, one of the holders breaks and the drink fell down. I just asked for a new one and they didn’t charge me! Overall, I think this place is amazing. Totally recommend!
It took 20 minutes to get one drink. I did go in during a busy hour but everyone else was waiting just as long, or even longer because workers were too busy chatting amongst themselves when there were around 8-10 people waiting.
This location used to be amazing; however, recently service has gone downhill.If you order no ice, you are required to pay an extra $1.00, so we decided to order less ice instead. Well I am not sure what type of measurement they use for ice, but this does not look like "less" to me, and is actually probably even more ice than their "regular". I come here to purchase milk "tea", not milk "ice".I sincerely hope service improves in the future, or we will regrettably have to search elsewhere for high quality milk tea.
Ordered Taro Iced with pudding and boba (pearls), one of the best I have tried in a very long time. The staff was patient and friendly. They are clean as well.
Sharetea in Richardson always hits. The workers there are super nice, and always try their best to be efficient and fast. I always get the same drink and it always hits. Plus their classic milk tea is a must have!

This Share Tea location had the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. I pre-ordered and when I got there, the drinks weren't even made. Then after I payed, we waited and they made every customers order except ours. When we asked about our drinks, they said they will make it. Everyone that came in after had got their order except us. After every other customer got their order, we finally received ours. After all that wait, they still messed us the order after telling them 3 times what it was supposed to be. We are never coming back. Not worth the service there.
