Shady’s was great! Our server was very attentive and we never had to ask for anything — he had already thought of it and brought it to us. The food is really good. We started with fried pickles, which were delicious and a huge portion size for the price, and then had the Trailer Park burger which was great! Definitely recommend visiting.
Is it just me thought this place is just not the one?? I was super excited to try this place with my coworkers and the taste was just meh. Felt like it’s an imitation of KatyTrail Ice House but just not as good. Server seemed nice but did not get much of an interaction with them at all. I got holly guacamole set with sweet potato fries— sp fries was okay but the burger was like.. I couldn’t taste anything… swiss cheese felt like a rubber, i asked for medium rare for the meat and it came super rare that I felt weird continue eating it. the guacamole was good tho i love avocado so that might be why.. chip and queso- chip was hard and greasy, cheese fries was just full of oil and soggy. so, pretty much I only just ate guacamole and the part of bun that’s it. I ate like quarter and didn’t even bother getting a togo box for the leftover. Maybe it was a bad day to visit, maybe something was different that day, but I don’t think i would go back again… such a shame :(

Great fun relaxed atmosphere with fantastic Burgers and Tots. Must try is the Red Velvet Shake! Hope to return soon.
We came here on a Tuesday night around 6:20 pm and all the employees were running around. This should have been our sign to leave. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes before they took our order and probably 40 more minutes for our food. We then had to bring our check up to the counter because we waited about 20 minutes for them to check on us for our check. Our drinks also ran dry during this time with no refills. The food was good, but definitely not worth the wait and lack of service. Also, the restaurant had a little bit of a smell and the tables were sticky. The high chair also had something gross on it that got all over my babies clothes.
Good atmosphere. Dog friendly patio. Attentive servers.
First time but will not be my last! Burgers were amazing! Our server was Daniel and when he was told it was my first time there he sat for a quick minute to orient me to the menu, made suggestions and was an all around attentive server.
This place has the best food and is affordable. The wait staff is amazing. On my last visit there was a customer with a medical emergency and they didn't miss a beat.
The best sweet potato fries in DFW hands-down. Cannot beat them. I’m in love with them. And boozy milkshakes. How can I say no?
Been coming here for a while and the food is always good. But lately the quality of the service has gone down in particular the order of food. On more than one occasion my fries didn’t come with my burger. And I’m talking about 10-15 minutes after I received my burger. I don’t know about anyone else but for me having fries come 15 minutes after the burger is pointless and defeats the purpose of burger and fries. Also I’ve ordered appetizers and specifically asked for them before the food only to have the food come first. Management needs to get on top of this before they start losing customers. I understand there is a labor shortage everywhere but that’s not an excuse for bringing the food out of order and making lame excuses for the mistake.
