This place is a joke... I waited 35 minutes for my order which never showed up, when I said I was leaving they quickly went into the kitchen and scrambled around to bring out 2 to go plate with some pieces of chicken and Greek salad while I waited to pay. I paid $26. Go at your own risk. Never again for me.
We visited for dinner here and liked the ambiance, music and cuisine. Generally a good place and we will visit again for sure. Server was welcoming and helpful but caused a confusion on our order. Entries were served slightly late but tasted good. It was surprising that our visit time was not a busy hour but it took quite a bit to get served. Lentil soup was exceptionally quick and good. We will definitely give it another try to go for the buffet as well.
The place was very clean. Service was okay, just one server serving 7 tables. Appetizers are really good, meat plate looks awesome but it tasted really bad.The quality of the beef was very poor and the chicken was extremely dry and tasted very old.
I really enjoyed my dinner here tonight.The tabbouli was great. It had the perfect consistency and balance of ingredients. I had to add some salt for my personal preference, but it was otherwise excellence. The portion size could've been a little larger.The chicken tenders were a generous portion. My kid is used to a different shape than these flattened and large pieces of chicken breast, but they were still thoroughly enjoyed.The kafta, which I was recommended by the waitress, was delicious. It was very juicy and tender whereas I was expecting the typically dry kafta. The presentation was very nice with the sumac and onions, although the kafta could've kept its shape better.The rice was super buttery and smooth. It was cooked to perfection.The side vegetable medley was a pleasant surprise and very good. It had a sweet and spicy sauce coupled with the umami from the mushrooms. I really liked it.The overall portion size for the kafta was very generous, as with the tenders. Each one could've fed two adults or two kids, respectively.There were a few things about their customer service that could've been better like offering me water. After I asked, my kid didn't get any until I asked as well. Napkins and water weren't replenished. When I was given boxes, I wasn't provided with a bag to carry them.I heard good things about their knafeh so went for it as a sweet ending to the experience with a side of black tea with fresh mint. I would've preferred the tea have been served with the knafeh rather than before it so they both would've been hot at the same time. I even took out the tea bag so it wouldn't be too bitter from being brewed for too long.Now, the knafeh was very good! It had the right amount of crispiness, the stretch was fantastic, it had a balance of cheese that was traditional, and it wasn't smothered in syrup because the knafeh needed only a little. It speaks for itself. This is my new go to place for knafeh in DFW.I'll definitely be back here again and thank the very friendly staff.
Good food but customer service is not quite as great as the food. Called in an order for pick up for the shish kabob platter, a confused teenager (I believe she's the owner's daughter?) tells me "Well, you have to come pick it up." After a pause, I respond with "Yes, I understand I need to physically come & pick up my "pick up" order." I verified with her 2x that it was the shish kabob platter that I want - she said yes she understands. Came in 20mins later to pick up my order and they had it wrong, they made shish tawook (chicken). They tried to persuade me to take it & offered free dessert but I insisted I wanted the shish kabob platter and they accede to my original request but it would take 20mins. So I decide to stay and wait it out but it is completely pointless for me to place a phone order only have to wait for it because the confused teenager didn't care enough to pay attention and get it right. Even after speaking with her she kept insisting that she was right and that she verified it with me more than once that it was shish tawook. I said yes, I verified shish kabob (not tawook), it's not my fault she tuned out after "shish". No apology, typical teenager. Waste of time and waste of a good afternoon. If someone from management is reading this, please please please do not let her take anymore orders! Or at least give her PROPER training and make sure she LISTENS!
Amazing food! The pita bread is warm, easy to stuff full of great filling, and a great size for the meal. The shawarma is outstanding, and has enough food for two people to be completely full. The rice was perfect, and the veggies were incredible. We initially stopped by out of curiosity, but plan on returning in the future. it's a great place for Mediterranean food!
I've ordered takeout from here a few times and have been greatly pleased each time. Recently, I had the buffet, it was SO good! I hate I hadn't tried it previously but that won't be the last time. Everything is very flavorful and fresh, the meat is so tender, and I especially like the rice pudding with I believe a hint of rosewater, subtle but unique taste. I mentioned to them previously about giving a loyalty card so perhaps after 10 punches get a free appetizer or dessert, don't know if the suggestion went beyond the cashier. This place is ?
Wow wow and wow, this place was fantastic. To start, everything was so delicious and fresh. The humus was absolutely delicious. My oh my me and my wife will surely be back. The food was so delicious that we had about 7 different items ordered because we just have to just about try everything. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place friends. Superb
I came for the lunch buffet and it was well worth it. Every single thing on my plate was absolutely delicious and tasted/looked fresh. The guy at the front was super friendly and informative as well. I will definitely be coming back!
The food was delicious and very authentic, very flavorful. Service was great and made for a wonderful date night! The young woman was very attentive but not intrusive. The food did take a while but that means only one thing…..it’s fresh. I’ve read through some of the reviews and saw some low scores….very nit picky for no fault but their own. Will definitely be back when visiting the area!
