I think the vegetarian sandwich was way pricy a footlong cost us almost $14 ( could be $5.99 like subway only their bread is different but, I would not pay $8 more for it would go to subway or wich wich ) in potbelly footlong had bits of avocado ( I actually counted only 6 bits not even slices) not much and 4 tomato slices, lettuce, with pickles and hot peppers were on the side. It was mostly bread bread and cheese. I really don’t know what else a vegetarian can have there, that is why I gave 3 stars. To clarify I am not vegan, I am vegetarian.
My husband and I both got their cubano sandwich and are still thinking about it. One of the best subs we have ever had!
Needed something warm and the two pick meal has hit the spot. Parking may be hard. But, there is a disgnated stop for online pick up.Cashier Gisselle was so sweet. As for the manager on duty she was unpolite. Busy, I understand but, we are here to eat not to be there for her.
I've always loved Potbelly sandwiches. I got the Italian with everything and some Cajun chips. I could eat their sandwiches everyday! The multi-grain was nicely toasted and they were generous with the meat, veggies and condiments.
I've only been living in Texas for 3 years and this is my first time visiting POTBELLY. Upon arrival, the treatment was total hostility from the staff. It was the first time we ordered and we didn't know what to do. They delivered the order to us in a bad way, it felt horrible. So can not be. We never go back. I'm sticking with Subway.
Sandwich was cold. The cheese was not melted at all. The soup was good however the oyster crackers were beyond fresh. This is not the first time my food was not hot. I would not recommend.
Just the right place for lunch before going to the stage show nearby. We got small sandwich soup and saved room for dessert. Not too busy for Sunday lunch but I would guess weekdays busier with office crowd. I took some interior photos. This is first visit to this location but have eaten at Potbelly in Collin county.
First time eating here, and I have to say, those were some dang good subs. The restaurant was clean and the staff was professional and courteous.
I have been eating at this location consistently since 2016. I walked in here last week and I guess there was a new guy African-American to be exact I asked him to make me an ice cream sandwich please. He said we don’t make them I explain to him that they do he gave me the biggest attitude didn’t even do it right just threw it in the bag and tried giving it to me. He even cussed at me. Super disappointed for sure will never be back.
It definitely depends who’s working what shifts at this location. On multiple occasions they haven’t been able to figure out how to take orders over the phone while they have customers in the store. Simple, write it down, queue it, serve in store customer. Had to wait for 10 minutes and then nobody ever picked up. Just makes no sense. Then you get there five minutes later and they say there was a rush and are literally two customers in the store and two in line. All the soups are out and no one had made any new soup so you have to wait an additional 10 minutes for that. Then you place your order for soup three times and they forget twice. Lastly, two stars because they were cordial anyway but you could tell it was forced when they noticed you frustratingly asking for the same soup three times.
